Y/N POV:

Me and neytiri were hanging out waiting for the boys to meet us at our spot. I know she was saying something but I wasn't paying attention I was thinking about norm, and what the new day's adventure would be. Y/N we're you listening to me. Hm? Oh no sorry I wasn't paying attention sorry. Are you thinking about norm again? Y/N!! You need to focus I was telling you about how today all three of you will be finding your ikirans. Really that's awesome, are you sure that we are ready for that. Of course you are also you need to get ikirans so if your not oh well. Hey guys what are we doing today more language, more walking around the forest. I looked away from neytiri and looked at Jake when he was walking up to us and then I saw norm not far behind him. Well if you even care skawng you guys are going to be bonding with your ikirans today. I laugh as I hear neytiri call Jake a moron.Really that's going to be so cool when do we leave.my ears perk up at the sound of norms voice I try to stay calm but I'm failing miserably as I see neytiri and Jake pointing out the deep shade of blush that had slowly spread across my face. We must get going or we will miss the best time to bond.

——— time skip by climbing into the mountains and finding the ikiran gathering place ———

Y/N POV:

We all climb through the mountains I knew we were there when I heard the screams of the ikiran. My tail was moving quickly as I got more excited to find my own ikiran. Y/N you go first science your in front of everyone else. Ok how will I know the ikiran picks me as well. She will try to kill you. I get more nervous when I hear that but I slowly walk under the waterfall and see all of the ikiran. I start walking through the gathering of the ikiran some are scared away less easily but most of them fly away after a small hiss or me trying to touch them. I walk up to one with beautiful f/c (favourite colour) wing accompanied with s/f/c (second favourite colour) dots all over her. I hiss at her she hisses back and then I know that this is my ikiran I try to figure out how I'm going to get this vine wrapped around this animals mouth. Then I remember something I had read when I was first studying them that they have a soft spot at the top of their neck I quickly doge her wing as she tries to slap me away with it. I slide under the head and scratch the soft spot that makes her calm down for just enough time to get the vine around her mouth, and then for me to make the bond. Y/N there's no time to wait the first flight seals your bond go!!! I hear neytiri yell I quickly tell her to fly softly and she takes off at a medium pace and I can feel the air swim through my braids. I hear three other screams but not any Na'vi there ikirans I look up and see none other than Jake, Neytiri, and norm. When I think of norm my ikiran makes soft purr like sounds. When all of them fly down to meet me. Both boys tell me how they fought with their ikirans by the time we were done flying it was past eclipse. We all landed our ikirans we all head to bed when me jake and norm get out of our links, we all just smile and walk to the cafeteria to find a snack because we stayed in our avatars way past dinner. When we entered the cafeteria we see my aunt grace sitting with four tin foil covered trays of food we all sat down and ate together. Me norm, and Jake tell aunt grace about the day we spent flying on our ikirans and how the wind felt on our faces and just how beautiful it was when exploring the floating mountains.

I know it's much shorter than some of my other ones but I will be trying to upload a LONG chapter at some point in the next day and a half.
