'...I do not know if I can take any more of this!'

I stood there, stunned as so much had happened just within the first ten minutes!

First, I move into this manor with a Japanese family, and then I am attacked by a possessed kimono. I then wake up as a Japanese girl wearing a strange dog-like mask. And now I just saw my adoptive mother and sister, both naked, in the bathroom!

---

'I'm dead!' I gulp, waiting for judgement to strike me down 'It is social suicide!'

I glanced down at my own 'new' female body, looking rather ridiculous under all of these masculine adult clothes. Not only was I now a girl, I was a petite, delicate one that looked like a JPOP performer.

'What the hell did that kimono do to me?!'

There was certainly no way that Kazuya or Hanami would believe my story! I barely believed it myself!

"David-chan, do not be shy. Come on in." Kazuya said from the bath.

I did as I was told, I slowly approached the door, scared. I noticed that they were still not in the bath or clothed. How was I to know that family bathing was cultural in this country...

Hanami began giggling as she spoke to her mother in Japanese...

[Fufufu! Okaachan, she found your enchanted kimono!]

Kazuya nodded as I stood there wishing that she would speak some English so I could understand what she was giggling all about.

This only made me self-conscious as I fidgeted at the threshold. I forced myself to look up when things had gone quiet as I whined "I...I am a girl..." I expected Kazuya to yell at me, or scold me...but instead, she did her best not to laugh at my insecurities.

"Yes. So, I can clearly see...fufu!" she finally laughed as she walked over to inspect the results "Of all the kimonos that you could have tried on, you specifically found the special one that I placed an ofuda upon."

"Ofuda?" I wondered what that meant.

"Why did I turn into a girl? I do not want to be a girl!" my mind seemed to wander for a moment "...I am so confused..."

My eyes caught a glimpse of Hanami coming closer to me but being overly cautious. When we first met outside, she was standoffish and visibly disappointed. But now, she was taking an interest in me, curious.

[Okaachan? It is not right that we are deceiving Oneesan. We should show her the truth, or she will hate us!] Hanami advised in Japanese, seeing that I was at the point of either accepting this life or hating them forever. Kazuya was hoping for more time to ease me into the truth, but I sort of messed things up when I put the kimono on.

[You are right.] Kazuya nodded her head.

She turned back, noticing a look of bewilderment in my eyes as she commented, kind and caring. "Please do not be afraid, David-chan. I want to answer all of your questions." her words seemed to spook the air in the bathroom as the door closed behind me, making me jump.

I spun on my heels as I gripped the door, but it would not budge an inch. I felt trapped, suffocating in terror as I was certain that Kazuya was going to hurt me. I turned to face my punisher as I slid down to my knees, pleading.

"Please! Do not hurt me!" I begged, laying low on the floor, begging "I am sorry, I never meant to offend you! If you wish to beat me, I understand."

[What is Oneesan talking about?] Hanami asked her mother as Kazuya began to understand what the Priestess was warning about.
