Feeling in your mind and body

Have you ever got up and felt ashamed or embarrassed or overwhelmed with your mind and body but you kept going on and hiding everything from someone or somebody, you try to get through the day but you don't know if you can sometimes but you push through it so much.

Right now I am pushing my self through a lot that I should not be pushing my self but I need too I feel so ashamed of my body and my self but I am really not let stuff put me down no matter what
