Flowers and Cheek Kisses - Pit x Reader x Dark Pit

A white angel currently paced down the Smash Mansion halls from left to right, holding a bouquet of flowers in his hands and feeling nervous about something. He asked Palutena about what to do with his situation, and all she said was, "Buy her some flowers, compliment her and tell her just how much she's special to you. I'm sure she'll love you so much for that~."

Pit kept those words in mind, repeating them in his brain until they were literally stuffed in there. He had to tell you how special you were to him, he just had to. He had to before Dark Pit would go on and do something for you.

But, it was already a bit too late, because Dark Pit was in his room, sitting on his bed, his dark, black wings fluttering a bit in nervousness at the same thought of what Pit was thinking. He had a small flower in his hand, thinking what a ridiculous thing he was going to do but it was anything to at least give you something really nice. He didn't like being a softy, always wanted to be a push over but when you were there, he couldn't help but be soft and at least not be a meanie towards others.

It really was just anything for you, and only you.

Dark Pit let out an aggravated sigh and scratched his temple, feeling flustered already and blushed in more nervousness while his heart beat faster within every minute.

"God damn it, [Y/N]. I never thought I would feel this type of emotion, now I know how it feels and it's killing me. It's your fault but I love you..." he whispered towards nothing, wishing he could've said those words to you in person, but was too nervous to even do so.

With another sigh coming from the dark angel, he got up from his bed and made his way out to the garden where he knew where you were. Pit stopped pacing in the halls, and did the same, ready to tell you how special you were to him.

You hummed to yourself with a smile, looking around the garden while Palutena talked to you about the two angel boys, about how much you enjoyed them, their cute demeanors and overall, how amazing they both are.

You both suddenly heard footsteps coming your way, and turned around to see Pit coming out into the garden. Palutena couldn't help but smugly smile a bit and get up from where you both were sitting on a bench, dusting her dress off a bit before nodding down towards you.

"Well, I best be off, [Y/N]. I have a Smash battle to go to. I'll talk to you later," she said with a smile, and made her way to the arena.

You waved to her and watched her go. She looked down at Pit with a smile and wink once she passed by him, making him blush. He heard her words in his head, saying, "Good luck, Pit~," before cutting off and going away. Pit fidgeted a bit and walk towards you and sat on the bench where you were sitting, the bouquet of flowers behind his back.

"H-hi, [Y/N]."

"Hello, Pit~. Nice to see you today," you said with a soft smile, making Pit's heart skip a beat at how beautiful your smile was, overall.

"[Y/N]? I-I have something to tell you..."
