Ellie's POV:

*1 WEEK LATER*

My legs were crossed under the table as the wind blew my hair around, causing my bare shoulders to feel a slight chill.

The sun shined down as it reflected off the glass table.

Bevelry sat across from me as her skin practically glowed.

I guess what they say about that pregnancy glow is real because man, does she have it.

I would love to know how she manages to pull that off.

I bent my hand down as I took a sip of the tea that was in front of me as I felt the warmth of the liquid hit my tongue.

I decided to come over to Anthony and Beverly's house to see her mainly.

Just because I figured she needed the company and I was bored anyway.

"So. How are things with the baby?" I asked.

She gave me a small smile before placing her hand on her stomach.

"6 months today. Can you believe it?"

I chuckled and shook my head. "No. Seems like it was yesterday when I was begging Anthony to get you back."

She laughed alongside. "But anyways, he is fine. I have no idea what me and Anthony are going to name him yet. We haven't even discussed it."

I nodded. "I am sure you guys will come up with something."

She gave me an assuring glance as she took a sip of her tea.

"So. What's been going on with you lately? We haven't had a girl to girl talk in a while."

A smile touched my mouth. "Well. Nothing, really. I've just been trying to get my fashion business started."

She nodded. "How is that going?"

I shrugged my shoulders. "I don't know, to be honest. I want to get a full collection before I start showing them off. And so far, I only have one dress made."

Beverly didn't reply as she focused her attention on me.

Her eyes glared at me in a way that started to become a concern.

"Why are you looking at me like an insect?"

She couldn't help but chuckle.

"There is something else or rather SOMEONE else on your mind, isn't their?"

A confused expression came upon my face. "No? Why would their be?"

She smiled, and this time with her teeth.

"El. You have been acting differently ever since Nikolai came to pick you up last weekend. Did you guys like kisses or something?"

I made a puking sound as I gave her a thumbs down. "Absolutely not. That man is the most disgusting-"

She suddenly brought her finger up, trying to signal to me, but I continued to carry on.

"Horrible, tiny penis, gross,-"

Her eyes almost bugged out of her head as she finally shouted my name.

"Ellie!"

I slammed my hands down on my thighs. "Jesus Christ! Can I please -"

But before I could say my last word, I felt a tap on my shoulder as I slowly turned around to find Nikolai standing their with his arms crossed and a small smirk that was plastered on his face.
