All states have discord nitro (basically on the professional sever they have their state flag with either their full state name or a little bit like "CA" and "Washington", but on other servers they have other pfps and shit like that)
California has mod powers both in the professional group chat and the group chat where its everyone but gov and DC (this include cities) also he made the group without gov and DC
Cal is very chaotic like more chaotic than florida sometimes (sometimes is an understatement)
