The creator of Relic of the future is Coeur Al'Aran, all credits for the Story go to him, I'm just building from there, go read it if you haven't and then come back to read this.

Very well, Vale and Emerald coming, a time I'm sure some have been waiting for.

The whole romance thing it's still a 'the fuc I'm doing' but It's a thought in progress.

One last thing, I'ma be really busy this next weeks so I may not be able to write in the short term, so if the next chapter takes too long to go out, there's the reason.

Other than that I don't think I have to say much this time.

Enjoy.

Paradox -Mystic POV-

"Oh?" Lancelot seemed surprised at the window, as he wasn't aware of it's presence nor arrival.

The window spoke of something, however, it was impossible for any of the guest to look beyond the blinding white in it to look for a figure relaying a message, nor they understood what it had said.

"I see, I will see it done my king" there was apparently a conversation going on in the span of what it seemed like seconds, but no one could catch any sound apart from Lancelot's last words.

The window also had one more message. "rƒγᚢƒγᚢбƒr ꜿꝋ?r gꝋʌι, トξƒꜿ ʌrƒ トꝋ бƒ гƒp ト ?иト⌶ι トξƒи" it was weird, another kind of language no one seemed to understand and perceive to some extreme.

In the end, curiosity got the better of Ruby, and since the last chapter wasn't as much as an earth breaking discovery as some of the others, this was able to distract her enough .

She got close to him, trying to look into the light before giving up on that, white was all she'd see.

"uhmm, Lancelot, what are you doing?" Ruby asked the knight, weary of any kind of reaction from him if she asked something she shouldn't.

"this was a message a reminder of something I need to prepare for, not something that you need to know" his response wasn't harsh nor annoyed, it was a completely expected question.

"oh...uhmm, I'll be over there" in the end she had to return to her place beside her sister, not sure of what to do now.

For another few minutes all that happened was what seemed like a one way conversation, with Lancelot's answers being the same affirmation he used at the start.

"what do you think is happening?" Sun whispered in Blake's cat ears, not sure about what was going on.

"you think I know?" was the dry response she gave him. "whatever it is, I'd rather not be about us"

the air around Lancelot felt tense, the voice on the other side must have brought some important information.

"very well, I'll be there" just in the same way the holo-space worked, the window closed, leaving no trail of its existence behind. "it seems there are some matters that I have to attend, we shall begin this chapter immediately since I'll be leaving halfway"

"is it truly such an important matter?" Glynda asked, not sure what the knight would place above the future of a whole civilization.

"yes, now let us not waste time" politely responded Lancelot.

"just like that?" asked Tai, the whole secret talk wasn't a very trustworthy thing. "not even going to give us time to talk about that?" he made the motion to point somewhere, referring to the last chapter.
