Rosemi and Shoto looked behind them noticing Sykkuno had also went with the others, they watched as approximately 5 people stood up from the ground yelling at each other.

"Uhm.." Rosemi mumbled.

The 5 of them all paused and stared at them, they all held eye contact. Without any communication they all dashed and bowled Shoto over completely knocking him to the ground while Rosemi was startled.

"HEY BACK OFF HES MINE."

"WHO SAID HE WAS YOURS?"

Rosemi watched the scene awkwardly not knowing what to do. Rosemi then picked 2 of the people up by the collar of their shirts and threw them away and done the same to the other 3 people throwing them off guard as she knelt down to Shoto.

"Who said he was any of yours?" Rosemi said as she made sure Shoto wasn't hurt.

Rosemi stared at the 5 boys who looked annoyed but didn't seem to have such bad intentions, she wasn't about to let her guard down though. She helped Shoto stand and pulled her sword out pointing it to one of the boys.

"What makes you think your good enough for him?" Rosemi asked.

"Ouch." The boy said.

Shoto stared at boys a bit weirded out but shrugged as he let Rosemi scold all of them and walked over to Shu kneeling down poking him seeing if he was still alive he saw Shu react to it with facial expressions so he pulled his hand away before he felt a grip on his wrist.

Shoto was startled as he looked at Shu who had lifted himself off the ground and was now sitting down still holding onto his wrist, he seemed pretty injured but if Shoto was being honest, he was still pretty annoyed with him.

They both held awkward eye contact for 30 seconds before it went black for Shu, he had passed out and his head just happened to lean on his shoulder. Shoto was surprised and froze in place not knowing what to do.

He gulped slightly sweatdropping slightly as he was still frozen in place. He sighed softly as he sat down comfortably letting Shu lean on him, meanwhile.

The other 6 blankly stared at them.

 

 
 

 

 

 

 




 


 

"Wait so does your father know of this?" Scarle asked as she wrapped an arm around Aia.

"Of course not." Maria sighed as she rubbed her hands together trying to warm them up by the fire they had created together.

"They had gotten into an argument before we left." Aia explained who was leaning on Scarle.

"I see..." Scarle nodded.

"We'll continue our journey at dawn." Maria said with a smile as she attempted changing the subject.

Maria disliked her father, he wasn't even that much of a king, he used his power to get what he wanted, he didn't even take in consideration of his people, he ignored them, and not too mention the fact he cannot parent at all, just the thought of him makes Maria annoyed.

"Why is it, people would want to target Elira and Enna?" Aia questioned.

"Money is all on my mind." Scarle shrugged.

"What do you think of this matter your highness?" Aia asked Maria.

Maria hummed as she thought of it, what did Elira and Enna have that people would want so badly to the point where the kingdom was halfly destroyed. Also the fact even some of the other kingdoms kings and queens were murdered in the mix of it.

"They must have wanted something." Was all Maria could think of, she couldn't really place her finger on what it could be.

Scarle nodded her head in agreement.

"Anyways, be best to get some rest." Maria said as she made herself comfortable.

"Alright then your highness." Aia nodded as she and Scarle had also made themselves comfortable together.
