Abhinav leaves and Akshu looks at Abhi

Abhi moves back from Akshu and starts shaking, he has a son! His Akshu hid it from him? How dare she? Abhi looks at Akshu
Ab: how dare you? How dare you lie to me Akshara!
Ak: I never lied to you ABHIMANYU! I BEGGED you to listen, BEGGED you to answer your phone! But did you? Did you Abhimanyu? I cried,  I screamed, I begged, but did you listen? NO! YOU DIDN'T! You may have lost your brother and twins but what about me? I lost everything as well Abhi, I lost my first best friend, my brother who loved me just as much as I loved him, I lost my babies! My daughter Aaira! But did you care? No Abhi you didn't! You only felt your pain but what about mine?
I gave birth to Aaira you know, the same time I gave birth to Abhir, but guess what? She died! SHE DIED ABHI! my princess died! Because my husband wasn't there with me... my daughter needed blood, a lot of it but I didn't have the correct blood type., she needed her father's blood! YOUR BLOOD ABHI! I can never forgive you but because Abhir is your son I will let you meet him and talk to him and your lucky I'm giving you even that! I don't care anymore Abhi! She laughs bitterly and looks at Abhi who was on the ground sobbing and begging her to forgive him, he made a horrible mistake and to please just think about forgiving him
Ab: Akshu what you went through was huge and I'm sorry for not being with you through all of it, I made a promise to you Akshu,
To always love and cherish you no matter what happens but I failed, failed miserably but what about you Akshu? You lost your baby girl but I thought I lost my daughter and son! Do you know the pain I had to live with? Arohi and my maa taunting me, telling me that my jaan is responsible for everything bad happening to my family! I called you Akshu afterwards but some crackpot answered and wasn't speaking sense! I wanted to rush to you Akshu! Wanted to hug you and never let go but I heard you tell bade papa you married someone else... that you won't come back! I broke down Akshu, the only people I used to live for was my maa, Neil and my Akshu, my life belonged to my love and when I heard she married someone else I didn't want to live anymore! What was I to live for? My maa blamed me! My brother died! And my Akshu left me! But now, now I have a purpose to live! I will do anything it takes for
You to forgive me Akshu and I will make sure that Abhir will love me just as much as I love him! I will spoil him to death and love him to infinity! I couldn't fulfill my previous promise to you Akshu but this is my new one, I will love you and Abhir forever, forever and a day or as we call it hamesha forever!
Akshu softly whispered "hamesha forever"
Ak: No matter what happens Abhi don't break your son's heart
Ab: Our son Akshu, he's our son
Abhi smiled at Akshu softly and no matter what he brain was screaming her heart made her smile at him back
Ab: I think it's time we tell Abhir
Ak: I think so too
They go back in to to birla hospital
Abhir: Where were you mumma I was looking for you everywhere
Abhi looked at Abhir and smiled so much that Abhir was confused
Abhir: docman why are you so happy?
Ab: remember I told you Abhir that I loved my ex wife a lot but I made a horrible mistake and she left me
Abhir: Yes...
Abhir: I found my ex wife and my son Abhir
He smiles at Akshu who's staring at Abhir
Abhir: do you mean? Mumma is docman my papa?
Ak:  Yes baba your papa is Abhimanyu Birla
Abhir: Really? Mumma docman is my papa!
Akshu laughs
Ak: Yes I know Abhir
Abhir looks at Abhi and Akshu sadly
Abhir: Why didn't you two tell me? I was with my papa and didn't even know
Ak: baby I was very hurt when I left your father and I wasn't sure whether he would love you as much as I do so I didn't tell him or you until now, I'm sorry baby please forgive me
Abhir: it's ok mumma but docman or papa do you love me?
Ab: I love you more than anyone else in the world jaan
Abhir: Sacha?
Ab: Sacha
Akshu, Abhi and Abhir all hug and Abhinav witnessing all this decided to leave as he wasn't needed anymore

A few years later

Abhir: Mumma, Papa where are we going?
Ak: We are going to go stay in a hotel baby, a family vacation
Abhir: Yay!!!
Abhi, Akshu and Abhir arrive in the hotel and settle in
Abhir: Mumma I'm a bit tired do you mind if I go to sleep?
Ak: Ok baby
Ab: Have a good sleep jaan
Abhir: thank you papa
Abhir goes to sleep
Akshu and Abhi remember everything they've been through these past few years, 2 years ago after working hard Abhi managed to get Akshu to forgive him and he proposed to her again and got married a few months later.. only the three of them were there for the wedding and just a few months ago Abhi and Akshu were pregnant once more, Abhi was watching Akshu very carefully and pampering her to the fullest, she was due in another 3 months and they found out it was a girl so they decided to go for a vacation to have some alone time and that's how they ended up here.
Akshu and Abhi go to sleep as well as they were exhausted

4 days later
The trio arrive at Kasauli once more and they drop Abhir off at Abhinav's house as they wanted to do something.
Akshu and Abhi arrive at a stone that says

Daughter of Abhimanyu and Akshara Birla
Born still
Gone but not forgotten

Akshu and Abhi started crying as soon as they reached the graveyard and cried their hearts out and hugged each other realizing no matter what happens they should never leave each other again, they love each other and will live together forever, hamesha forever
