"Ugh. This is so irritating! She follows me around like a lovesick puppy! It's pissing me off!" Rebecca Patricia Armstrong, also known as Becky, mumbled loudly, as she sat in their assigned lunch table, practically throwing her books on the table in the process.

Her best friend Irin merely laughed at her, continuing eating her chips, looking knowingly at her girlfriend, Noey, and their friends Kade and Nam.

"Calm down, sis. Why don't you give the girl a chance? She's been courting you for two years already anyway." Nam said.

"Courting me?! I don't remember ever allowing her to. Ugh! Can't she understand that I'm never gonna like her, cause I'm not into girls. She's so pathetic."

Everyone around the table looked at each other awkwardly, after seeing the person who arrived behind their friend.

Sarocha Chankimha, more popularly known as Freen, the person in question, unfortunately came just in time to hear what Becky just said.

Becky's friends gave her a sad look and she returned it, covering her pain with a smile.

With a sigh and a fake smile plastered on her face, she approached the center of her affection. "Hey, princess! Here's your favorite milk tea, 100% sugar, with extra pearl and your shawarma salad, exta meat not spicy."

The younger girl faced her giving her a bored look, but accepting the food nonetheless. This lightened her mood a bit, as she sat next to her, preparing the girl's food, looking at her preparing to eat, with what their friends describe as "heart eyes".

Everyone on the table resumed with their normal break time activities, talking and playing around with each other, but if you look very closely, there are routinary movements between two members of the group.

Though they do not talk to each other, Freen and Becky were totally in sync, with Freen handing water to the later, opening it for her, even before she asks for it, putting away stray hair strands that falls on the side of Becky's face, picking up her fork as it fell and handing her the one she uses, cleaning up the girls mouth with a tissue, because she's a messy eater, all without even really looking directly at the girl and eating her own meal peacefully.

This made their friends internally smile, as the pair in front of them looks like a married couple, or soulmates even. It especially made them happier that Becky unknowingly doesn't resist and goes along everything that Freen does for her, even waiting for the older to do things for her, as she always does. It was just so natural for them. So much for not liking it, right?

The conversation on the table stopped as the beautiful Heidi or Amanda Jensen approached Freen.

"Hey, Freen, darling. Why'd you leave right away without waiting for me? Kru Engfa said that we have a meeting about the upcoming beauty pageant that she asked us to join." Heidi said, pulling Freen to stand and holding onto her arm.

"Ohh... Is that so? Sorry. I thought it was tomorrow, so I left quickly." Freen replied, rubbing her nape with her free hand.

"Now, you know. So, should we eat together for the remainder of the break time and talk about our preparation?" The older girl asked, acting cutely as she talks.

The other people on the table were silent throughout the exchange, looking carefully at their youngest friend who seemed to suddenly have a dark awra, holding on to her utensils a bit tighter than earlier.

Freen, oblivious to the sudden change of atmosphere, looked back at her friends, smiling apologetically and ready to leave with the other girl. But she was stopped as Becky stood up, putting her utensils down loudly and facing them, saying "Can't you see that she's already eating? If Kru Engfa doesn't need to talk to you yet, stop pestering her and look for somewhere else to sit, cause you're not welcome here. And you, sit down and finish your food."

Heidi just smirked at her, facing Freen who quickly sat, frightened by the raised voice of the youngest. "Ohh... Seems like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Okay. I'll leave you first, darling. I don't want to pick up fight with your bratty little sister. But later, you're mine; okay?" With that, she left, but not without kissing Freen's cheek and winking at her.

This made the person sitting next to the later fume more. She was about to stand and fight, but she was stopped and held off by her best friend. So, she sat back down, facing her suitor, throwing some tissue on her face. "Wipe your cheek. Use alcohol too. I don't want you spreading germs around me."

Freen was about to complain but was shut off by the girl's dagger eyes. She had no choice but to follow her like a child. Their friends again exchanged knowing looks before shaking their heads to themselves.
