[OLD & UNUPDATED] Skywatcher's Log

Mezurin agreed to head deeper into Cemetris now that Firefly seems distracted and overall less aggressive. We saw another fire deeper in, but it seemed to just be another camp-- presumably belonging to the other shape. I'd be more concerned if anyone else decided to stay in this place willingly for more that a few hours, though I suppose that's exactly what we plan to do. Mezurin and I simply found a new resting point atop a sturdy tree. Tomorrow, my required shifts presume, as do Mezurin's. I'll be making my rounds overhead the woods, and he will make his beneath it, through the winding underwater caves that seem to connect the ponds throughout this place. He's rather fond of them-- though I suppose his sight is a large contributing factor as to why. I can't imagine being down there without being able to see through the dark. Hopefully things stay as per normal, now that we've mostly figured out what's behind these recent events.
