Against her better judgment Jamie answer the phone hoping it wasn't a business call or something of that nature.

She was relieved at the sound of Daniel's voice. He always called her to see how she was doing with her fresh start.

"Why you sound so sad Jamie rumor has it you moved to a gated community with your new Spanish lover your mom's words not mine" he laughed

"I'm not sad really it's just the pregnancy hormones what's going on with you"

"Nothing for real I'm fine just washing some dishes but I can't say the same for Mallorie and Kim's life's"

Jamie wasn't shocked to hear that Jamie was having a bad time with Michael but she couldn't lie she was dying to figure out what was going on with Kim.

"What's wrong with Kim don't tell me she's like that sister of her's" Jamie asked.

"No not exactly I guess she left Jeff"

"WHAT why would she do that I know for a fact Jeff love's her to death in fact Jeff called me like two days ago telling me he was going to Kay Jewelers to pick up the ring he picked out for her he was going to Propose to her on at dinner on the tenth" jamie yelled interrupting him.

"Well I guess that's just not going to happen Jamie I don't know exactly what happened but I think he's hoping she take some back"

"Boy you can't call me with gossip and not have all the dirt I mean you barely spilled the tea"

"Tea what tea I drink coffee?" He thought to himself trying to make a sense of Jamie's words before coming back to reality by Jamie saying he's name.

"I have no clue what tea you are talking about I'm a man remember I don't speak woman or understand it" he joked.

" Yea yea fine I almost forgot I know someone who you would love to meet
She's a teacher"

"I don't know Jamie my divorce was just finalize you don't think it's to soon for me to just jump back in the game?"

"No I don't think it's to soon your a very handsome,sweet, good hearted man and I worry about you being alone Daniel you deserve to have somebody who loves you but you can make your own decision".

Daniel sat down on the couch contemplating if he should let Jamie set him up on a date. truth be told he was really scared to date again what if the same s**** happens again but on the other hand Jamie went through the same thing he did and found somebody who's good for her.

"Ok I guess so send me her number I just hope it doesn't Blow up in my face"

Later on around 10:30pm.........

Mallorie was sitting on the rocking chair in the Master bedroom smoking a cigarette watching the rain fall from the sky trying to Drown out Michael's Snoring. she was tired of dealing with Michael's childish ways coming home from God knows where intoxicated Smelling like weed. Mallorie had enough of him and everyone else in her life including Nicolette. She needed a break from it all and this was the perfect moment to Make her move. Mallorie Put the cigarette out before making her way to her closet quietly grabbing the suitcase she packed last night. She looked down at Michael as he slept for a quick second then headed to the Nursery to find Nicolette awake looking up at the Glow in the dark stickers On the ceiling.

"Hey what are you doing up at this hour sweetie" she thought to herself picking the baby up.

Mallorie's heart was getting Heavier by the Second thinking about having to leave her baby girl behind but there wasn't another way she needed to go and find herself before it was to late.

"Mommy loves you always remember that" she whispered after Placing a kiss on Nicolette's Forehead then putting her back down in the crib and Disappearing like a thief in the night
