A Misfits story (Jschlatt + Goodguyfitz x reader fic)

Part 7

Fast forward a few days it was Friday. I'd enjoyed my time in Melbourne but it was unfortunately coming to an end. My flight back home was tomorrow morning and tonight I was going out to a farewell dinner with the guys.  I had just gotten out of the shower and was doing my makeup. I'd spent this week dressed pretty comfy and casual so was actually looking forward to dressing up a little bit. I went through my suitcase and picked out two dresses, a tight black dress with spaghetti straps or a green skater dress. Obviously I chose the black one, it was more sexy and I wanted to look good. I slipped the dress on and looked in the mirror, damn I look hot, I thought to myself. I didn't really have any decent shoes to wear so I put on my black trainers, good enough I thought. Last time I went out and wore heels I ended up falling over face first and injuring myself so it's honestly probably a good thing I didn't pack any. I picked up my phone and looked at my texts.

Landlord

Hey Y/N we need to know ASAP what you're doing about your lease or you will be evicted.

You can cancel my lease. I will have my stuff moved out before it is over and I'll arrange a day to hand over the keys.

I decided to take Sam and Ryan up on their offer. I was gonna come stay back out in Melbourne for a while longer until I had somewhere to move into back home. This also gave me the chance to get a better understanding of how to create content and a little kickstart in my new career. I grabbed my bag and threw my phone, lip  gloss, cigarettes and purse into it before heading downstairs. "Ready to go?" Alejandro asked me. I nodded and smile. "Great cause our Uber is just pulling up now". "Sweet" I smiled as I walked outside and got into the back of the car. 

It was a short drive to some fancyish restaurant right in the middle of town. We greeted the Misfits there and walked inside. It was a large restaurant with pale blue walls and modern décor. Expensive too I bet, kind of glad I won't be paying the bill for this one. We all sat down, Ryan and Sam either side of me and guess who just had to go and sit opposite me. Cameron. Fuck. How was I gonna get through dinner with this guy sitting in front of me. His eyes were too much of a distraction honestly. Like I'm not saying I had feelings for him anything but he is really attractive. We got our first round of drinks in and I decided to stick to wine for tonight.

1 hour and 30 Minutes later: 

We had just finished our meals and was now just relaxing and talking. I had some fancy pasta and oh my god did it taste divine!

"So like you're staying in Melbourne then?" Swagger asked me. "Well yeah for a bit" I replied. "You should move out here Y/N" Matt said jokingly. I didn't respond. Move out here? I thought to myself...well maybe that's not a bad idea. These guys have been better friends to me in the last week than anyone back home has been, well I didn't even really have friends back home. "Y/N why are you silent? There's no way you'd actually move to Melbourne right?" Sam said excitedly. "Maybe it's just the wine talking but could that really be a bad idea? I mean I don't really have anything back home..." I responded. Everyone instantly seemed excited at that idea, encouraging me to do so. "Okay stop that's not a decision I could just make so quickly...", I took another sip of my wine, "I mean I could move but...fuck". It was a great idea and I knew it. Hell at this point I'm just queen of impulsive decisions. "I'll think about it okay..." I sighed. 

The conversation continued for a bit and then we decided to end dinner at 9:00pm because of my early flight. "Look it's been so good getting to know each of you, thank you for the entertaining week and taster of Melbourne...Hopefully I'll be seeing you guys again soon" I said to the Misfits. "Stay in touch Y/N!" Toby said. I smiled and nodded, knowing I'd already agreed to start playing CS:GO with them. They each said goodbye to me and waved as I got into the uber with Sam, Ryan, Alejandro and Chris. Even though I had decided I was definitely coming back out to Melbourne soon for a while I was quite sad to be saying goodbye to the boys, even if I had only just met them. The uber got us back to the house quite quickly and we all walked back into the house promptly. I said my goodnights to guys and decided to head to bed early so I wasn't too tired for my flight in the morning. I quickly checked my phone before I fell asleep.

Hey it's Cam, I got your number off Mason. I know we already said goodbye earlier but I just wanted to say it was really nice to meet you and have you around this last week. Hope you have a good flight back tomorrow :)

I set an alarm for early in the morning and turned my phone. I rolled over and cuddled up the warm embrace of the bed and quickly fell into a deep sleep. It had been a good trip.
