inspired by DND Earth by Smaugthedm, this is my take on it. It incorporates the lore of many different franchises into 1 universe and is set on an alternate version of Earth.

Karma: Very good-Very evil
Background: At face value,Team Plasma appears to be an organization that believes Humans are enslaving Pok'emon,and wishes to liberate them from their oppressive trainers. But in reality,the leader, Ghetsis wants to segregate humans and Pok'emon with the exception being him,as well as hunting for the legendary Pok'emon; Reshiram,Zekrom,and Kyurem,with the goal of bringing back a legendary Pok'emon called "The Original Dragon"
Grunt: Grunts are given a starting Pok'emon in the form of a Lilipup,Drillbur,Patrat,Munna, Purloin, starting at level 5
Neo Plasma grunt:Neo Plasma grunts are given a starting Pok'emon in the form of a Liepard,Bisharp,Watchog,Seviper,Zangoose,Mightyena,Meinshao, starting at level 25
Scientist: Scientists are given a starting Pok'emon in the form of a Klink,Klang,Golett,Eevee,Porygon,Archen,Tirtouga, starting at either Level 5 or 25
Keeper: Keepers are trusted with some of team Plasma's treasures,such as; A Dark stone,Light stone, DNA splicer,and any 1 of the Genesect drives. Keepers are given a starting Pok'emon in the form of Deino,Axew,Gible,Dratini,Yamask,Zorua,Zoroark,Rufflet,Vullaby, Larvesta,Litwick,Sandile,Scraggy,Sigilyph, starting at either Level 5 or 25
Keepers are also entrusted with a Genesect starting at level 5
