KRISTINA
I would just like to point out that for once, I'm not the one who's late.
ALEXIS
Your sister already called, she hit traffic.
KRISTINA

Sam walks off the elevator and rushes over to the table.
SAM
Sorry guys, there was an accident on the highway.
Kristina admires Sam's business suit.
KRISTINA
You look cute. What's with the suit? And can I borrow it?
SAM
I was in court and hell no. I'll never see it again.
Sam takes a seat across from Alexis.
ALEXIS
Court?
SAM
Yeah.
Alexis gets a far off look in her eyes.
ALEXIS
Court...I remember court.
Sam and Kristina exchange worried glances.

SAM
A custody fight.
ALEXIS
Wait, you mean that high profile custody trial with the Port Charles financial director?
SAM

Alexis leans in.
ALEXIS
Got any details?
Sam smiles.
