"...What do you want me to do?" Kaneki and Yamori were seemingly all alone in this building. Kaneki was just be blindly led where ever Yamori was taking him. Their footsteps echoing down this hall.
Yamori: "Nothing really, all you have to do is listen to me intently. That's all."
Kaneki: "...That's all?" I think there must be a reason for why he went out of his way to choose me... He couldn't see Yamori's expression most of the time since he was the one being led.
Yamori: "Now then, please come in." *creak* Opening the door, it was a large dome shaped room, large enough to house well over a hundred people easily. But it was empty save for the center of the room. But what was more unsetting was how quiet it was. Alsolute silence. The only thing they could hear was their footsteps somehow echoing ever louder than before on the checkered tiles.
Kaneki: "...!" Once he got closer to whatever was at the centre, Kaneki was absolutely shocked. the person was strapped to a chair, stripped of most of his clothes, beaten and cut up with a bag over his head. Is he dead..? Getting a chill down his back, as he noticed the pail filled nearly to the brim with fingers and toes.

Yamori: "He's my underling. This is his punishment for making a mistake." He said to Kaneki with a slight smile, like saying that was meant as a reassurance. Yamori went over to the surgical stand next to him and started to prepare some tools.
Yamori: "Do you know anything about this?" Holding up a tool, Kaneki finally looked away from the guy and to what it was, a syringe filled with some fluid. "RC Cell suppressants, they're used during Ghoul dissections and operations. It's specifically manufactured by the CCG Medical Institution. When injected into a Ghoul's body, the RC cells are surpressed."
Yamori: "This takes away the Ghoul's enhanced abilities, their Kagune, speed, strength, even their resistance. Letting scalpels pass through the body like cardboard.... Exactly, like a human."
Kaneki: "..." Is that, what they use to capture Ghouls with then? It'd make holding them in prison much easier...
Yamori: "But before that, hypodermic needles aren't able to enter a Ghouls body to administer the Suppresants. So the only way they can be injected..."-*STAB* Before Kaneki could react, he had lost vision in his left eye.
