Chapter 8 ~ Not Anymore

Your POV

'Did.... He just say my name?'

Levi looked annoyed.

"Auruo Bozado, Gunther Schultz, Erd Jinn, Petra Ral and F/n L/n" He repeated again.

The cadets became quiet again. They all looked at me with hatred and confusion in their eyes.

'What....'

Cadets stared at me with disbelief. I walked up, shaking Levi's hand and reviews from my shock.

'You're putting yourself closer to the grave, Levi'

"I guess I'll be working with you" I shook his hand while putting on a fake smile.

'Now it'll be easier to kill you'

~Time Skip~

We were on our way to our new headquarters. I was sharing a carriage with Erd and Auruo. Petra, Gunther and Levi were in the other one.

"Tch, I can't believe the weakest soldier is actually in Humanity's Greatest Soldiers squad" Auruo said.

"Ironic isn't it?" Auruo said.

I ignored him and stared out at the window.

"How... How did you get in?" Erd asked.

"We even saw how you started off in hand to hand combat and the Race" Erd said.

"I honestly don't know" I said. "Maybe I have potential" I sneered at Auruo.

"Pwahaha! Sure you do br-"

The carriage bumped on a rock, making Auruo bit his tongue. Me and Erd laugh at him.

A few hours we finally get back to our new headquarters. The inside was surprisingly clean.

As I put down my suitcase on my bed, Levi walks in and sneers at my room.

"Tch, your rooms are disgusting. Clean it" Levi said and walked away.

~Time skip~

'I swear that guy is a cleaning devil' I thought and plopped on my bed. I've been cleaning nonstop for hours.

My eyelids felt heavy and went into a deep sleep.

~Flash back~

"Daddy? Why won't you come with me?" I asked.

"You're thirteen now and you have to learn to kill the Titans on your own" Father said. "Don't worry, I'll be there to protect you if you're endanger"

"O-Ok!" I said and flew on my 3D MG.

Yes I've seen Titans many times... But never alone.

I nervously walked aimlessly. Finally a titan appeared. It had brown hair and looked at me with a wicked grin.

I've always watched Titans from the tree branches but from the ground was.... Terrifying.

My legs were glued onto the ground as the titan walked towards me. It picked me up with both hands so I couldn't escape. I remained lifeless as it held me.

As its mouth opened, My eyes widened at realization and screamed. I closed my eyes and tears came out. I smelled rotting flesh in its mouth and almost made me puke.

It moved my body closer to its mouth and placed me into its mouth. My body slid down, deeper and deeper until something pulled my body out.

I was thrown out of the mouth and someone caught me. I opened my eyes and saw who it was.
