"Ohh! Joshua! You're here! It's been 2 weeks since we last met!" Seungcheol smiled. He truly missed his best friend.

"Yeah... I came here to talk with you."

"Really? Come in! What do you want to talk about?"

"I'm going to tell you soon. Make me a coffee, please." He smiled and sat down on the couch.

He had to tell Seungcheol about everything. This was the last thing to do to reach happiness and freedom.

"By the way. How is your crush? Did you confess to him yet?"

Seungcheol couldn't say anything. He was silent. His face had a sad look, but no tears were coming out.

Instead, Joshua was the one to let a tear roll down his face.

"I... I'm so sorry. I don't want our friendship to end here! When I was down... you were the only person to help me get up! We made so many memories together! I even paid you for years! Just for you to not starve! I was always there for you! But I feel like Jeonghan is the one. He is my soulmate. I promise to NEVER leave you! Even if we are not together, we can talk every day as best friends! Please don't leave me." That's all he could say before bursting into tears.

The older boy was silent. But even if he was silent, he went to Joshua and hugged him tightly. His silence actually spoke millions of words.

"It's okay, Joshua. I have to admit I was toxic. I told you lies just to give up on Jeonghan. I'm very sorry for putting you in this drama! I have to be the one apologizing... it's not your fault." He smiled and patted Joshua's back.

"How are you not crying? Aren't you jealous of Jeonghan? Don't you want to kill him?"

"Trust me, Joshua, you don't know how jealous I am right now. But what can I do? Nothing! If you are happy, then I am happy too! I hope Jeonghan treats you right, that's all I want."

"I'm so sorry, Seungcheol! I promise maybe in our next life..."
