The first kettle was uncovered,
"Is this it?" Asked Abbie,
"Think so." Replied Duncan,
"It is! Now dive in!" Shouted Cap'n, Duncan and Abbie turned into their squid forms and entered the kettle.

They were in the first Octarian hideout; Abbie and Duncan looked around at the scenery,
"Over to you agents 3 and 4." Said Cap'n through the special headset,
"I see something glowing over there!" Pointed Abbie,
"That's a Zapfish," Explained Cap'n Cuttlefish,
"but please just go to the launchpad, you need to use your squid form to activate it." Abbie and Duncan looked at each other and then to the launchpad, they didn't understand, but as soon as they went into squid form they started flying, they felt a strong breeze past them, as they returned to their humanoid forms and landed on their feet,
"Woah, that was awesome!" Abbie smiled. Duncan and Abbie looked in front of them to see an Octopus,

"An Octarian, watch out and shoot it!" Cap'n shouted over the microphone, hurting the Inkling's ears, "Oops, sorry! You might have to get used to me doing that..." mumbled Cap'n.

Abbie and Duncan aimed their guns at the Octarian and walked forwards to shoot it, the Octarian noticed the two and shot a single bit of purple ink. Abbie and Duncan watched the small shot hit the ground, "How was that going to kill us?" said a confused Duncan, Abbie looked at him and shrugged her shoulders not knowing the answer. Duncan and Abbie walked forwards and shot the Octarian together, even the box they were standing on, they saw more in the distance. They ran up to them and shot them being cautious of treading in the purple ink.

Abbie and Duncan shot the ramp and went up it, they saw an Octarian with a shield with an eye hole so it could see. Abbie and Duncan shot rapidly not knowing what to do,
"Hide yourself in your own ink and sneak around him!" explained Cap'n. They both splatted ink around it and hid in their ink. They slowly creeped up behind the armoured Octarian and shot it. A launchpad appeared. Abbie and Duncan flew to the next section.

Beyond a wall it was covered in ink with Octarians guarding the place,
"Take cover behind the wall and take a breather you two." Cap'n said as the two hid behind the wall, they thought of a tactic. They charged in, and shot them down as another launchpad appeared, they flew to a small area.

"You need to use your Ink bomb to distract that guy, them shoot him down!" Cap'n said. Duncan grabbed a bomb and threw it, then Abbie shot the Octarian. Another launchpad appeared.

As they flew they launched two Ink bombs and it killed the two Octarians, another launchpad appeared, "I'm getting bored with these launchpads..." sighed Duncan, "Same here..." replied Abbie, they flew to the next area.

It was filled with Octarians, one after the other. Three tall pillars they circled around, one with a box on top,
"Abbie, why don't you get the box, I'll take care of these Octarians." Duncan smiled, patting Abbie gently on the back, Abbie nodded as Duncan fought off the Octarians. She splatted her ink on the walls and climbed the pillars to the box. She threw a few Ink bombs down to help Duncan out.

Abbie shot the box as a scroll dropped out of it,
"What's this?" Abbie said in surprise, she didn't look at it and kept it in her pocket instead. She jumped down to Duncan as a launchpad appeared. They went to the next section of the keep.

A large area with many Octarian troopers, Abbie and Duncan went fourth splatting ink, to reveal two sets of armour that were in a box, it was magically placed onto their bodies,
"More protection? Cool!" Squealed Abbie quietly, trying not to alert the Octarian on the other side of the wall.

Abbie and Duncan went around the wall, and quickly turned and hid behind the wall, the area was all covered in purple ink, they had no hope, Abbie peeked around the corner and shot the Octarian,
"Nice shot!" Cheered Duncan,
"Thanks.." Replied Abbie, they walked fourth to a vault like object,
"You need to open the vault with a key, find it and unlock it." Hinted Cap'n,
"If you know everything, then why don't you do it yourself?" Sighed Duncan,
"I'm too old." Answered Cap'n.

Abbie and Duncan inked up the slope and shot down another Octarian. A ton of boxes hid the key. A glow shined,
"The key?" Said Abbie in surprise,
"The key." Chuckled Cap'n, Duncan charged in and shot down all of the Octarians, whilst Abbie quickly went up the hill and grabbed the key, she ran back to the vault, Duncan was a little behind,
"Keep it up!" Shouted an excited Cap'n as the inklings shivered in little bit of pain,
"STOP SHOUTING!" Shouted back Abbie and Duncan, angrily,
"Oh ho, sorry!" He laughed apologetically.

The vault suddenly reacted to the key, and revealed another lauchpad, Abbie and Duncan sighed, they flew to the final segment.

"Look for a key!" tipped Cap'n, it seemed he could see what the two were looking at.

Two Octarians circled round a pillar, that seemed to have a bright glow on the top of it,
"The Zapfish!" Said Cap'n, the inklings suddenly started throwing ink-bombs everywhere as well as splatting ink doing anything to find the key.

Through doing that random method, they found the key from a stack of boxes, they returned it to the vault until suddenly a bunch of Octarians appeared, they jumped back and fell on the ground, Abbie dropped her gun and couldn't reach it, being stuck in enemy ink. Duncan still had his gun and shot the Octarians, as well as help Abbie out of the enemy ink, but accordantly pulled to hard and she fell on top of him,
"Ahh!" Abbie shouted, Duncan was being squashed by a light weight,
"Sorry!" Said Duncan, getting up. He helped Abbie to the ground.

They unlocked the vault to another launchpad. Abbie and Duncan just ignored the fact it made them fly and imagined something else by this point.

They were at the Zapfish,
"Break the shield down and grab it!" Claimed Cap'n, Abbie and Duncan shot the shield down and grabbed the Zapfish.

They walked back out of the Octotrooper hideout,
"Here's your Zapfish." Yawned a tired Duncan, it seemed to be night-time,
"Thank you." Cap'n said, as he held the Zapfish.

Abbie and Duncan went down the drain back into Inkopolis.

"I'm so tired..." Yawned a energy less Abbie,
"Same..." Said back Duncan,
"Cya tommorow!" Smiled Abbie, Duncan remembered something,
"Wait!" he quietly shouted,
"Can I have your number for my SquidPhone? It's just so we can arrange times for when we can go help out Cap'n." Duncan asked, (nice save!) Abbie blushed a bit and gave Duncan her number,
"Alright, see you tomorrow for sure now, okay?" Duncan laughed,
"Yeah, alright. Bye!" Waved back Abbie,
Abbie and Duncan went in different directions to their homes.
