•C H A P T E R F I F T Y T H R E E•

A/N: I'm back bc it's my sweet 16 today so here's a lil treat. We finally see some plot I made up on the spot here.

It's been several days, and Fearsome has his plans all set.

What is his plan? What is his goal? How did it start? How does he plan to do it? Well here are the answers to everything.

Fearsome is a 57 year old man. During his younger days as a wizard in a guild, the most striking wizard at his time that he had the honor to battle with was Layla Heartfilia. He also lost to her. If Fearsome were a reasonable person he would've taken his loss as a means to learn from it and get stronger. But Fearsome was the arrogant and egoistic type, that's how he came to vow that day when he lost to seek revenge that he'd win a battle against her.

When he went looking for her, it seemed as though she disappeared from the Love and Lucky guild. As a result, he searched for her for years upon years until he found out Layla Heartfilia was dead, however she left behind a daughter. Lucy Heartfilia, his new target.

She was a challenge, the moment he'd find her, she'd run off! Her friends would run away from whatever-it-is with her, she and her friends would destroy buildings, they'd engage in battles with dragons! They went so far as to go to war with Zeref. He couldn't find an opening. And then that son of the fire dragon, Igneel and some flying blue cat would always be around her.

Natsu Dragneel was not one to provoke. He couldn't risk it. So he spent almost 3 years alone training to kidnap the young Heartfilia. But then another obstacle came along; Titania's pupil. Even she is a threat to his mission. But eavesdropping on her origins helped him start rolling again. He made himself invisible and got rid of his scent, and entered the portal Titania's student went in.

Hence, he found himself in the world of shinobi. Here he thought he could get stronger. Here he thought he can learn something in order to defeat Lucy Heartfilia. Here he discovered things he wanted to have control over as well.

When he sensed the Heartfilia's presence, he sprang into action at once and kidnapped her while her friends were unconscious. However, her blue cat was holding on to her tight despite his unconsciousness. So he ended up taking them both.

He knew the girl needed to rest and recover from however she got here, so he decided to give her time until she was at full percent to have a duel with him but instead, it gave enough time for her to escape. He came back to the snake he left her with dead.

Now, Fearsome must relocate her, and challenge her properly as he wanted to.

During his time in the world of shinobi, he had joined forces with an organization that just does whatever they want. If he wanted a place to stay put properly, he had to stay with them, learn about the world from them, adapt to it, and move and plan forward with it.

Right now they want to take the new generation of young shinobis to themselves for whatever reason, Fearsome could care less. He just wants Lucy Heartfilia to battle with. And seeing as Titania's student is with the young shinobis, naturally, the other fairies are too.

Now as the beginning of this chapter said, it's been several days, and Fearsome's plans are all set.

He assumes to meet their little group in about 5 days.

First they have to go against 4 different obstacles and then reach him on the 5th day, if they survive that is.

This sounds alot like a survival game, like Hunter X Hunter or Tower of God in a way, and it kinda is. The boss of the organization wanted to do this and Fearsome is just a member, he has no choice but to follow. But he conditioned that he gets Lucy Heartfilia, he wants no one else harming her until she can get to him. He wants her at her full strength to go against. This time, Fearsome would win. He hears she's better than her mother, so if he wins, doesn't that mean he wins against both mother and daughter?

Such a victory would satisfy him so well, he would have no problem afterwards believing he could do anything else that would supposedly be inevitable.

Oh Fearsome can't wait.

A/N: very short chapter but ay, work with it. Also is there anyone alive at all who even reads this? I see so many reads, the numbers are increasing BUT NO COMMEMTS AND BARELY ANY STARS but I do see alot of ppl saving this into their collections so at least this is in some of y'all libraries but like still. I can't tell if y'all enjoy this, if y'all are impatient for the next chap, if y'all don't like how it's going so far, if you've lost interest in the story, if you have any ideas to improve it, like....idk how to move on with Scarlet-sama if I don't get feedback so👏
