Why....just...why...

*This starts in the light world. Toriel has gone out on some business trip for a couple weeks, and like I already said, Sans is watching over the Dreemurr siblings, because Asriel cannot be trusted. So, onto the chapter. It was 5am, and Kris was woken up by Ame biting their face.

"Ow!! Why do you insist on biting my face?!" Kris asked angrily.

"Because I set at least fifteen alarms to wake you up, so you can go do whatever important shit you have to do! Your lazy ass slept through EVERY SINGLE ONE!!" Ame stated, standing on Kris's bedside table.

"You little shit...IM NOT LAZY!! I WAS SLEEPING GOOD!!" Kris said, still mad.

"Well, get your ass out of bed!!" Ame said.

Kris got out of bed, and put a new pair of thigh highs on, followed by a pair of pants, which they cuffed, then put on a sweater, followed by a jacket, and their shoes. They went downstairs, and made themself a nice breakfast, and Ame told them to get out the door.

"I'll get out the fuckin' door, just let me enjoy my moss toast!!" Kris said angrily, mouth full of moss toast, and opening the door. They saw the other hashira standing out there. "Oh shit."

"That is...that is disgusting." Tengen said.

"It's not disgusting, it's a good combination." Kris stated. "I like the taste, the texture, and just the general way it feels."

Tengen, Iguro, and Sanemi shuddered.

"Um...I personally would not eat that, but it's okay if you like it!" Tanjiro said.

"Thanks. Where we going? Dark world?"

The hashira all stood there for a second. Sans came outside, half asleep.

"Kid...what are you doing?" Sans asked.

"I'm a hashira...I was going to go do something with the other hashira...and the asshole known as Sanemi." Kris answered.

Tengen tried not to laugh.

"What..." Sans said. "...you actually became a hashira? I thought it was a joke..."

"Whatever. Just go back to sleep. It's fucking colder than a witch's tit out here." Kris said, zipping their jacket up. They finished their moss toast.

Sans just stood there. Papyrus came outside too.

"So...where we going?" Kris asked.

"We're going to the research lab!" Shinobu answered. "We're also going to have you, Ralsei, and Tanjiro go exploring!"

"Yay!" Kris said happily, as they held their hands in the air.

"You act like a child." Tengen muttered.

"I'm not acting like a child. I can be very mature. I just have some mannerisms that seem childish." Kris said, crossing their arms.

As the hashira started walking...

"Wait, where's this research lab?" Sans asked.

"Somewhere." Kris answered. "Wait I forgot a couple of things. My bad."

Kris ran inside, grabbed their sword, their gun, their knife, their phone, and basically everything they need. They ran back outside.

"Sorry! Had to run in and get my stuff!" Kris said. "Oh yeah, Asriel should take Artemis to daycare."

Kris texted Asriel to take Artemis to daycare. The hashira got going.

"What were you getting?" Tengen asked.

"Oh, just stuff I need." Kris answered. "My sword, my phone, my knife, stuff like that."

"And that gun that almost got you in massive trouble?" Tengen asked.

Everyone stopped and looked at Kris.

"Excuse me, you have a gun?" Shinobu asked.

"Maybe...?" Kris answered, starting to sweat a bit.

"Don't play dumb. I know you have it." Tengen said.

"Okay fine, it was given to me by a friend who legally owns firearms because I did him a favor. I only use it when necessary." Kris said in a panic. "I should probably stop playing dumb so much..."

The hashira got to the research lab, and Kris and Tanjiro were sent to go get Ralsei and go exploring.

As they were exploring...

"I want to be a yo-yo man He cried! Make me a yo-yo man! But the yo-yo master did not answer, he just kept on yo-ing!" Kris said, followed by chaotic laughter.

"What?"

Kris did not explain. They just kept on walking.

"That's a weird smell..." Tanjiro said.

"Huh."

Out of nowhere, a spider demon jumped onto Kris's face, and they started screaming, and they knocked it off, and they backed up against a tree.

"OHMYGODITSSOSCARY...." Kris cried quietly they didn't move. The spider demon almost jumped onto their face once more, but it was killed by Ralsei. Kris just jumped onto him, and didn't let go. "I don't think I should still be scared of spiders, considering the fact that I'm a hashira."

"Fear is valid and very normal." Tanjiro said.

Kris got back on their feet. "Thank you."

After exploring for hours, they headed back. Tanjiro was a little scared when he got onto Nico. Kris and Ralsei reassured him, letting him know this is perfectly safe. After taking off...

"Um...are you completely sure this is safe?" Tanjiro asked.

"Yeah. One time I even stood on Nico's back in a fight. I was holding a big freaking gun." Kris answered.

"Uh...I'm slipping..." Tanjiro said. Ralsei pulled Tanjiro back on. "Thank you."

They got back to the research lab. And guess who they found there...

None other than...

The skelebros. Sans and Papyrus. Frisk was there too. They were all there at the research lab.

Kris couldn't move or breathe. Thankfully, they were just looking around. There was still time to get the fuck out of there. Kris immediately took Ralsei and Tanjiro's hands, and bolted back to the door. They kicked it open and ran.

Kris ended up outrunning five hashira, and finally stopped running when Gyomei found a way to trip them without causing too much trouble. The other hashira caught up, with Sans, and Kris eventually went back.

Back at the Dreemurr's...

"Gonna go pick up my sweet girl." Kris said as they were climbing out the window.

"And why are you climbing out the window to do so?" Sans asked.

"It's faster." Kris answered. They ran and picked Artemis up from Suma's Daycare, and came back.
