*i was initially going to do an epilogue, but i have tons of schoolwork now that school is in session, so this is easier😭*

ricky & gyuvin - graduated high school, live together in an apartment (with their younger relatives), and go to college together (r:art g: business); gyuvin still has trauma from the incident (he goes mute every now and then);

gyujin - entered high school with the highest grades in his class; finally started dating haoyu after developing massive amounts of jealousy and going on "foe-dates" with him

hanbin - part-time college student/barista; teaches dance to underprivileged kids for extra money; supports zhang hao's violin career so much that he asked his manager to hang up signs that he made

gunwook - pinned over a particular "m" boy for the rest of high school until he finally got the courage to confess; got rejected as 'm' wasn't ready; he still likes 'm' although he acts like he hates him; went to college for marketing

zhang hao - went back to playing the violin after returning to his old school and seeing a fan; he had no interest in college until hanbin announced his plans to go ( zhang hao applied at the last minute and got in for music)

haoyu - still can't understand what people are saying to him; gets lessons from gyujin (his bf) now and then; still has the tendency to butcher up sayings; plays the cello but only when gyujin asks him to

yŭxuān - left for china after having a hard time in korea; still in touch with his brother and cousin; lives with his dad

kim yeonji - in an attempt to get rid of gyujin's crush on haoyu, she became friends with the other; it massively backfired on her as haoyu ignored her every time she talked; found out that she is miri's half sister

chunhua (haoyu's return) - she was offered first chair after it was announced haoyu was going to stay in korea but declined (in case he came back on a whim); single-handedly encouraged her idol to go back to playing the violin

minho - moved schools (why? well, that reason is up to you)

mei-xia - she acts as if the events two years ago didn't happen; went back to college to finish the semester she wasn't allowed to due to getting pregnant

ricky's grandma - N/A (no one talked to her after what she did to gyuvin and ricky)

matthew - rejected gunwook on the last day of high school, thinking they wouldn't be going to the same college (he was wrong); he felt terrible for months and tried to make things right (failed); now harbors a secret crush on gunwook

miri - forgave gyuvin and left the country for college

everyone else -?
