Press-on Nails & Drunk Videos
Nina's POV
I woke up and found myself remembering last night. After an eventful few hours, he then left and I fell asleep. The girls and I filmed a few videos for the week. It took us a little over 5 hours. After we finished, it was only a little after noon so I had the rest of the day to do whatever. My hair was getting a little long so I thought, why not get a haircut? I went to a salon in Marina Del Rey. Before I walked in, there were a couple of fans asking for a picture so I did. After about 10 minutes, I then went into the salon. I always go to this place so I always sit in my usual seat. The hairdresser always knows what I want.
"Besides the trim and a few layers, anything else?" She asked.
"Blow dry and curled." I say, looking down at my phone.
She nodded and got to work. As I told the lady about my life, just like how I always do, someone walked in. It was Brandi. I haven't seen her since graduation. By now, I would think she'd be pregnant, maybe drunk somewhere. I guess not. She sat down in the chair next to me and then looked at me.
"Long time, no see!" She said, surprised.
I let out a smile laugh.
"Yeah." I quickly replied
"You're what people call- famous, yeah? PG Rated or whatever?" She said, chomping down on her gum.
I gave her a disgusted look. "It's Rated PG and you haven't changed a bit, have you?" I said.
She rolled her eyes and looked away.
Once my hair was finished, I went to the counter to pay. Brandi tried to cut in front of me but I pushed her away. I walked outside and she followed me. I unlocked my door and got in. I then tried to close the door but she stopped it from closing.
"Okay, what is your problem?" I say, tightening my grip on the steering wheel.
"You're my problem. You don't deserve this. The fame, the money, going to college, a wonderful boyfriend, everything. You get to do whatever you want and you get to live the life that I want to live." She said, dramatically.
"Don't start with me. You don't get to treat me like shit anymore. This isn't high school, this isn't a game. If you don't like it, don't talk to me. It's that simple. And to explain this whole thing to you, I earned this. So kindly fuck off, please." I said.
I then pushed her hand off the door and slammed it shut. I put my key into the ignition and reversed out of the stall. Time to go home.
It was about 7pm and I was just sitting on my bed, scrolling through twitter. My mentions were blowing up and everybody was defending me and I didn't know what for until I saw that Brandi had tweeted something.
"Pretty irrelevant if you ask me. Does anybody know who this girl is? She's faker than press-on nails. @NinaLancaster"
Honestly, it didn't bother me. All of these wonderful fans were defending me and Brandi was just being the little bitch she always is. Amy walked into the room.
"Brandi's at it again as I can see." She said, drying her hair. I nodded and laughed.
"Don't worry about it, once she takes her proper meds, she'll be okay." I said, closing my laptop. She laughed and walked into the bathroom.
My phone started ringing, it was Jai.
"Hello?" I answered.
"Hey, just wanted to see how you were doing. I just saw all that drama." He said.
