Calming The Storms

~CHAPTER 7~

"Salamat po sa pagkain." Zhy said while glancing at me.

All I think right now is the person she likes. I adore her but why my heart is in pain when she said she like someone?

Baka pagod lamang ako. Siguro nga pagod lang ito.

"Ingat sa pag-uwi."

"Why are you avoiding me?" Zhy asked.

Di ko din alam. Sabi ko kaibigan lang kita pero bakit ganito ang nangyayari sa akin.

She slowly hold my chin and make me face her!

"I don't want you to talk like that." she said in a serious tone.

"You should go home. Your sister is waiting."

"How will I go home if I do something that might upset my girl." she said seriously.

"Let's meet up this Saturday. I have a art work shop to attend you know I love arts and I want to go there with you."

"No. Go with the person you like Zhyra." I said in serious tone.

"You're the person that I want to spend with! So please Hazel stop it."

Syempre cute siya pumayag na ako.

"Ingat"

"Okay."

Tomorrow morning I go early because of flag ceremony.

"Okay kana ba Amira?" I asked as soon as I see her.

"Hmm. Oo thank you but ano ba talaga namamagitan sa inyo ni Zhyra?"

A moment of silence. Boombastik side eye.

"Magkaibigan lang talaga kami."

Sasagot pa sana siya kaso wag na.

On my way to canteen before going to my room I saw Zhyra with a man. Agad akong lumihis ng daan kasi sobrang saya nila.

Noong lunch time nakita ko na nagmessage si Zhy sa akin pero di ko pinansin.

"Why are you ignoring me?"

"Jusmeyo!!!" Muntik na ako atakihin sa puso sa babaeng ito.

"Bakit di mo ako tinawag kanina. I saw you and waiting for you to come at my direction."

"You look so happy with him. Is he the one you are talking about to my dad?"

Damn Azel ano ba itong sinasabi mo?

Agad niyang binitawan ang aking kamay noong sabihin ko iyon.

"No"

"Tell me who is that person. Magkaibigan na naman tayo diba?" masiglang sabi ko.

"Friends?" She said in a low tone voice.

"Yes. Friends ano pa ba tayo Zhy. Sister din ganon."

But sa halip na tumawa siya I saw how her eyes become sad.

"May klase pa ako Hazel sige na."

Magsasalita pa sana ako ngunit tumalikod na siya at iniwan ako.

I wait for her after class. But I don't see any glimpse of her.

I asked her address but no one knows her home even her friends.

"Amira help me."

"Anything wag lang pera wala ako non. Mahirap lang kami mga magulang k-"

"Stop Amira not money. I want to know
Zhyra home address."

"So? Why me?"

Kasi madami kang kakilala dito sa campus.

Habang abala si Amira chikahin yung mga mokong sa school at mga enemy niya na marites ay abala ako sa pag iisip anong idadahilan ko kay Zhy pag punta ko sa kanila.

"I know her address now. One of the marites know because of a party."

She write the address of Zhyra in a paper and smirk at me.

"Thank you Amira my bff!" I hugged her after that.

"No matter what the two of you is, I'm your number one supporter now go to her."

I took a tricycle and gave the address when I arrive at the destination I saw how Zhyra's house was so big like a palace.

Pinindot ko ang door bell pero walang nalabas. Noong pipindutin kona ulit binuksan ito ng maid.

"Gusto ko lang po sana makita si Zhyra. Kaibigan niya po ako."

"Nandito ang boyfriend niya iha pasensya."
