Omegas have always been seen as less than alpha's. Before they were able to tell secondary gender via ultrasound, they created a program called the breeding center. The idea of it was simple, unwanted omega children once they turn 18 could be given to the center to be trained to be completely submissive and a perfect partner for an alpha.
Alpha's who desire children can come to the breeding center and pick an omega to carry their offspring, if the alpha so desires to take the omega home, a mating ceremony must be completed to ensure complete ownership of the omega.
Everyone in the circle of life wins. The omegas find a mate and a home, and more baby's are born despite the world's current fertility crisis. Every omega does their part. Every alpha does their part.
