Calming The Storms

~CHAPTER 19~

"Bruhang Sherlene! Lumapit ka sa akin at may kasalanan ka sobrang lala!" I shout when I entered my classroom.

Bruhang iyon talaga, akala ko pa naman mabait na gwapo. Pero gwapo lang binigay niya walang manners.

"Pogi di ba?" Biglang sulpot niya sa likod ko.

"Anong pogi don! Ang sungit at di ko type Sherlene." Nagdabog talaga ako sa harap niya!

"Ethan seems so interested on you Hazel, then here you are nagmumura sa akin." She laughed while scratching his temple.

Ano interested sa akin? Ulol baka gusto lang makahanap ng panluko sa akin!

"Ayoko. na. siya.makita. Sherlene." I said with dedication on my voice.

"Bagay talaga kayo, baka mamaya makita ko na lang ikaw kasama si Ethan ha." She smirk and I just ignored her.

No, I will never be with him.

"Amira!" I greeted my bestfriend in the hallway.

She's with Sky Haven, Amira is slightly short while Haven have a perfect height with Amira. Bagay talaga sila.

"Good morning." Haven greeted me first.

"Bakit? May chika ka ba Azel?" I glance at Haven and he just nod at me.

Haven just wait Amira in the court, while we are walking I started to talk what happen on me.

"Bakit mo ba pinipilit na idistract sarili mo?"

Because I still missing her. I still want to find her voice around this country.

"Amira, siya pa din talaga eh." I started crying again.

Everytime I remember her, my eyes just want to cry. Zhyra still have an impact on me.

"Ang tanong, ikaw pa din kaya naiisip ni Zhyra?" She stared at me with concern in her eyes.

"Anong gagawin ko? Ayoko manggamit ng tao para lang madistract sa mga alaala namin pero yun lang kaya ko eh."

Amira pat my back and sigh. I feel so sorry for this mess I made. Wala eh siya talaga lagi ko naiisip.

It Sunday morning, and I decided to go on church. While wearing my white dress with white heels and I ponytail my long hair.

I sit on the front so that I can focus on the mass. While the mass isn't starting yet, I kneel down to pray.

Lord, alam ko po na di ako perfect. You know that I keep using people just to distract and I'm sorry for that.

Talking with the person who never leave my side is the best thing I always do.

While roaming my eyes in the people, I saw a tall man with his usual eyeglasses. He's smiling in the priest, that clearly show his dimples.

I caught myself staring him at so long, and he slowly looked at me. Agad ako umiwas.

Baka akalain niya crush ko siya.

"Can I sit with you?" His manly voice asked me that and I can't resist.

While it's time to kneel to pray I just stared at him.

He is deeply praying and I don't know why I feel like there is something I want to know about him.

After the mass I go at the front of the church and wait for the tricycle.

"Uuwi ka na?" His voice again arghh.

"Ano ba sa tingin mo? Baka di ako uuwi, baka tatayo lang ako dito."

I saw him sigh and his eyes closed like suko na siya.

"Kasisimba lang pero ang sungit mo." He put his right hand and pat my head.

"Can you please be a good girl? Nanonood si Lord sayo. Baka mamaya di ka sa langit makarating, sige ka." I saw a sarcastic laughed.

At ng makarating ako sa bahay, isang notification ang bumuhay sa akin.

It's my ig and Ethan followed me!

Di ko gusto pero inistalk ko siya.

Mga beh may picture siyang topless sakay sa yacht! Potek ang init!

Ng araw. Ang init ng araw ano ba!

I didn't follow him back. Bakit sino ba siya?

It's school day again and I'm with Amira.

"Beh bakit may bago kanang liker sa ig!" Bulyaw ni Amira sa akin.

"Ano? Di kita gets!" Yes its true I never open my ig again after I saw him follow me!

I quickly open my instagram and there it is!

That freaking Ethan Jade Tolentino like all my post and even commented on one of my recent post.

Damn this man is getting on my nerves!

"I guess nagkakabutihan na kayo ng cousin ko!" Sherlene smiled with a tease and I gave her attitude looks.

"Sherlene first of all naiirita ako sa kanya! Nakakasura eh!" She just sigh and proceed on her seat while reading the reviewer.

May exam kami ngayon pero ginulo ni Ethan ang utak ko!

"Oy ang taas mo sa exam Hazel!"

My classmates always said that.

"Sana all!" One added more.

"Ilan ka ba Kate?"

"Beh pasa ako. Basta pasa ako walang tanungan ng score!"
