i was planning on introducing yoohyun to my gang again, physically.

"zh-zhanghao, are you sure they'll like me?" she asked, unsure.

i nodded and gave her a reassuring smile. "they will."

we entered the usual crowded cafeteria & i immediately spotted my group of friends at our usual place.

"come, follow me." i told her & she nodded.

the students stared at her, some eyes are also at me. most of them stared at her with judging eyes. it's all because of the news about her dad.

i gathered the courage i had to face them, the people who judges others without even knowing any of the truth. the people who believes the fake rumors more than the true story.

"can you all stop gossiping about her like that?!" i yelled at them. the chattering volumed down & the cafeteria was now in silence.

"can't you see that she didn't do anything wrong?! stop listening and believing to fake news!" i yelled once again, hoping that my words may have knocked them out to their senses.

yoohyun just stayed quiet the whole time, feeling small with all the eyes on her.

she's kind of similar to miso.

i grabbed her wrist & we walked through the quiet crowd until we arrived at the gang's table.

i gave the four a slight smile before letting yoohyun sit down, me sitting across her.

i made eye contact with hanbin and he gave me a nod. "MIND YOUR BUSINESSES" he loudly shouted for the whole cafeteria to hear.

they then went back to their food and the chattering slowly started to begin once again.

"so.. meet yoohyun! i hope all of us can be great friends!" i happily said, like nothing happened earlier.

the four's faces then lit up. "nice to meet you, yoohyun."

yoohyun, who kept her head down the entire time, looked up at them. she was surprised to see that they're willing to be friends with her. she thought that no one would like her anymore after that.

i watched as a smile crept up her face. she was happy, and i'm proud.

i then looked at miso, who was just eating her lunch, looking fidgety &
unsure.

"miso, are you okay?" i softly asked her. she perked up when her name was mentioned.

"what?" she tilted her head.

"what are you thinking about?" i asked again. her eyes roamed around first before shaking her head.

"nothing much.."
