Fear was imminent among the group as they tried to prepare for the governors retaliation. Emory watched Glenn draw a map of the prison on the floor with Carls instruction.

"Right. Now you said you found Tyreese's group here?" He asked the boy.

"Yeah,".

"We secured this," Glenn sighed.

"He thought he came through here," Carl explained pointing on the map.

"'Means there's another breach" Glenn said rubbing his forehead. "Okay. The whole front of the prison is unsecure. If walkers just strolled in, then it's gonna be cake for a group of armed men,".

"Why are we even so sure he's going to attack? Maybe you scared him off," Beth suggested.

"He had fish tanks full of heads. Walkers and humans. Trophies. He's coming," Michonne spoke up.

"We should hit him now," Glenn proposed.

"What?" Beth asked.

"He won't be expecting it. We'll sneak back in and put a bullet in his head," Glenn planned.

"We're not assassins" Carol spoke up from beside Emory.

"You know where apartment is. You and I could end this tonight," he said getting up and walking toward Michonne who sighed. "I'll do it myself," he said earning a nod from her.

"Okay," Glenn nodded, stepping away from her.

"He didn't know you were coming last time and look what happened. You were almost killed, Daryl was captured. And you and Maggie were almost executed," Hershel said.

"You can't stop me," Glenn said walking up to Hershel.

"Rick would never allow this,".

"You really think he's in any position to make that choice?".

"Think this through clearly. T-dog lost his life here. Lori, too. The men that were here. It isn't worth any more killing. What are we waiting for? If he's really on his way, we should be out of here by now," Hershel said trying to be the voice of reason.

"And go where?".

"We lived on the road all winter," Hershel said.

"Back when you had two legs and we didn't have a baby crying for walkers every four hours," Glenn said harshly. Emory understood he was angry but he was thinking recklessly.

"We can't stay here," Hershel said firmly.

"We can't run," Glenn argued making Maggie walk out. Emory followed her with a sleeping Judith in her arms.

She leaned against the cell door, as Maggie laid down and stared at the wall.

"What happened?" She asked, thinking back to what Glenn had said to Rick back on the road. That he didn't know what the governor had done to Maggie. She could see that whatever happened was hurting Glenn and Maggie.

"Nothing," Maggie whispered making Emory kneel beside her, petting Maggie's hair.

"You don't have to tell me if you don't want to but I love you, Mags. I'll always be here for you, no matter what," she whispered.

Maggie remained silent and Emory took that as her cue to leave, deciding to take Judith outside.

She smiled, soaking up the sun as she sat on the steps. Judith reaching her fingers up to touch Emory's lips. She pressed little kisses to the babies fingertips.

Much to her disappointment, Glenn had taken off on a suicide mission to kill the governor. She was desperate to talk to Rick, they needed him.

After putting Judith down for a nap with Maggie she joined the others outside. She smiled at Carl, walking past him, Beth, Carol and Axel, headed toward Hershel who was checking on Rick.

If anyone could get through to Rick, it was Hershel.

The gravel crunched beneath her feet as she made her way into the yard smiling as she saw Michonne walking toward her.

The sound of a bullet whizzing through the air had her face shifting into a look of horror. She saw the governor in the distance with a rifle aimed toward them. Michonne began shooting back as the governor and his men fired away at them. Emory dropped to her stomach, crawling toward Michonne, worried for everyone outside.

She felt helpless as everyone fired, while she crouched beside Michonne.

The sound of an engine roaring made her stomach churn. She watched as a truck drove through the gate making Michonne crouch beside her.

The truck stopped in the middle of the yard. The back door opening, dozens of walkers came out and the driver ran, shooting at Michonne and Emory.

Emory wasn't sure what crossed her mind but she began to chase after him, tackling him to the ground, his gun went flying. She yanked the helmet off his head and reached for her knife.

He turned them over, slamming her back against the gravel. He reached for his gun but her knife embedded itself through the side of his head.

She stared into his dead eyes yanking her knife out, feeling the blood splatter against her face before shoving him off of her.

Everyone began taking down the walkers as the governor and his men drove off. Emory didn't have time to process that she had just killed a man, all she could do was stab walker after walker. Michonne came up behind her, swinging her sword and slicing heads.

Glenn drove through the field, grabbing Hershel with Michonne's help. He called for Emory but her mind was blank, killing every walker in her path.
