4.Devansh leaves to vidharbha

Devansh's pov

I woke up in the early morning before the sunrise, I went to take bath and get ready to leave to Vidarbha, it was 2 days for nimisha's swayamvar, we had to leave early in the morning as it would take us almost 16 hrs to reach Vidarbha.

I got ready and a maid came and inform me that all were ready to leave for Vidarbha, I got up and left.

As I reached the entrance of the palace I saw a furious parth and Shivansh secretly glaring at Dhanveer as he was looking at his horse.

I never understood their anger towards Dhanveer, may be he was a little selfish and always fought with parth but he was still our brother.

As I went there they all looked at me and greeted me, then we heard the arrival of king and queens, we all turned around and wished them and took their blessings.

Maa said "have a safe journey"

We all nodded, she looked at Shivansh and said

"Do not create any problem and trouble your bhaisa"

"I can't promise anything"

He made a mischievous face and all laughed, then we climbed on our respective horses and left for vidharbh with a bunch of soldiers and maids.

We stopped for breakfast in the middle as no one had breakfast in the early morning and for lunch.

We arrived at Vidarbha almost at night the drums sound was heard to indicate our arrival as we arrived at the entrance of the palace we were welcomed by the king and queen and beside them stood yuvraj, my great friend since our childhood.

I didn't see her anywhere.

All four of us went near them and I joined my hands and said

"Pranam mama Shri"

And took his blessings, he looked confused seeing us, so I said

"Maa and pithashri couldn't come as pithashri's health is not good".

He just nodded, then I looked at Nakul yadav, the crowned Prince of Vidarbha, I went to him and we both shared a brotherly hug.

"How are you dev, its been so long since we last met"

he asked holding my shoulders, I smiled at him and said

" I am fine nakul, how are you?"

" I am also fine Devansh" he replied

"Mamashri you have become so old, and also look weak" shivansh said not sencing the gravity of the situation

"Yeah, you will become weak when your own children....." nakul cut him short and looked at his father and said

"Pithashri aap aaraam kijiye"

(Pithashri you please go and take rest)

He continued

"We'll talk for a while and I'll show them their rooms"

Then all of us left to Nakul's chamber, as we were walking my eyes were scanning every corner of the palace

"She is not allowed to come out of her chamber"

Nakul whispered , I looked at him confused and he nodded.

My eyes were longing to even have glimpse of her beautiful face atleast for once, now I was sure something was wrong my heart ached at the thought of her being in trouble.

As we reached his chamber he ordered a maid to bring food for all of us and asked us to take our seats

"How are you doing parth" he asked

Parth replied "I am doing fine Bhaisa"

Then Shivansh spoke in a teasing manner  "Then nakul bhaiya how is our bhabhi?" refering to his fiance

Nakul replied with a light blush "she is fine shivansh, how are you?, you have grown a lot since the last time we had met"

" Oh ya I am glad you noticed, I am training a lot these days that's why I have become more stronger than parth Bhai" Shivansh said flexing his biceps making parth role his eyes at him

"Namaste Dhanveer, nice to meet you" Nakul said joining his hands at Dhanveer and he did the same.

" Nice to meet you too yuvraj" he replied

Our dinner arrived as we all started eating silently, after completing our dinner Nakul asked a maid to show all the three of them their chambers and they left from there leaving me and Nakul alone.

Nakul looked at me worried and concern filled eyes and said "Devansh, pithashri got to know about your's and Nimisha's relationship, he has locked her in her room and is not letting her communicate with anyone, he arranged her swayamwar as soon as possible, as he got to know about you, Nimisha is devastated from that day and she refuses to eat anything from past 4 days" he joined his hands and said

"please do something I am not able to go against my father but I am also not able to see my dear sister hurting herself like this, only you can save her" he said

I held his hands and said "Nakul you do not have to request me, I love her!, I'll do anything at my power to rescue her" I couldn't talk more so I left for my chamber.

My heart broke as I went to my chamber thinking about what Nakul said my vision became blurry as I imagined her situation, I entered my chamber and laid down on the bed, sleep was far gone after knowing she was hurting herself because she couldn't live without me, my mind was occupied by her thoughts.

I know how much Nimisha loves her father, she would never want to go against him and hurt him, I don't think she'll give up on us so easily as well, I should meet her as soon as possible and talk to her about it.
