Permanent Smile

His hands wrap my arms
He seals me whole
My heart implodes with a smile
A rush of dopamine insures me waiting for him
My heart beats to that permanent smile
The only thing he left me
Besides his shallow empty presence
The lack of his absence
Grows
That
Smile
Into
Obsession
The lack of empathy he has for me leaves me wanting more
My descent to other worlds remains blurred by the meer vision of him
He transforms my mortal life into a god for a couple of seconds
Leaving that permanent smile as a reminder
The fireplace where we made love crackles
Has it driven my love away?
He claims it was noise
The noise of my joy
Led him astray to the corner
I look for him
My feet shuffles to the floor
My knees are making a pathway
My lungs lose their breath for him once more
Desperate to not make a sound
Desperate for his arrival
I
Grovel
On
The

Ground
Hoping to become the mere mortal I once was
So that his God status will cement
An action that leaves me exposed on the floor
Belly up
Crawling for his excess goods
"Anything"
"Something"
To bring him to me again
So my delusion may be turned reality
I wait for you
My dear lord
Sincerely, your mortal one
