Moxxie was vaguely aware of who Stolas was, he knew that they got the grimore from him due to the "activities" his boss and the prince engaged in. Moxxie and Stolas had only interacted a couple times, one of them being when Stolas had rescued them from the DHORKS incident, another was when Stolas dropped by I.M.P to talk to Blitzø. But instead Moxxie and Stolas shared a bit of small talk about their interests while waiting for Blitzø to finish off some paperwork.
Moxxie had also learned about Stolas from the few times Blitzø had brought him up, not always on purpose.
The first time being when Moxxie, Millie and Blitzø had a mission in the human world and finished up early, Moxxie and Millie had then lost Blitzø for a solid hour, until they found him holding a candle and a bouquet walking out of a small corner shop. When the two other imps had called out there boss with the items Blitzø used the excuse that they were to "spice up" the next full moon and that they were Stolas favourites. Evidently Stolas enjoyed candles.
The second was when Moxxie had came into Blitzøs office seeing if the Asian had finished up some recent paperwork for a client. But instead he was seeing Blitzø leaning on his desk, face in hand, smiling, on the phone with Stolas talking about a rare plant he fo7nd in the human realm. Blitzø then noticed Moxxie standing in the doorway and ended the call. He then yelled at Moxxie to get out, clearly embarrassed. It seemed Stolas liked plants.
The third taking place when they had been mid mission and Blitzø asked for Moxxie to call Loona to open the portal, while he was finishing up with the difficult target. While opening the phone and scrolling through apps there had been a message from "Stolas💜" asking if his boss was available for a movie night because there had been a new episode of his favourite soap opera. Moxxie continued to ignore said message and called Loona. Apparently he liked soap operas.
Moxxie had brought it up after his wife, Millie, teased Blitzø about him and the prince's relationship and them technically being "boyfriends". Blitzø was overly mad at the joke and spoke about how the difference between status would confirm that even if Blitzø felt that way, Stolas couldn't return the affection. Moxxie couldn't help but feel bad that his boss had felt that way.
Moxxie had seen how happy Blitzø was on full moons, he had seen Blitzø getting distracted by just Stolas being in the same room, and seeing Blitzø try his best to look presentable when they were seeing each other. Moxxie pulled Blitzø aside after everyone had went off to wait for the next client. "Sir, respectfully the prince seems to like you a lot. I'm sure he would most definitely return any feelings you have for him. I've seen the way he acts, talks and looks around you. Just, consider about how he might actually feel from what he's said.
And even though he had only just nodded and continued his way to his office, Moxxie really felt (and hoped) Blitzø took it to heart.
