This arc is called the "Political Strife" arc.
You'll understand what it means soon enough but anyway...

A week after the Supreme Leader's game
At an undisclosed location
3rd person POV
Inside of a meeting room.
Four individuals were at a table as they begin to discuss current events.
Including the one that has recently happened a week ago.
(A/N: Once again, I'll refer these individuals by their hair color.)
A male with white hair initiates the discussion as he looks at pictures of both Kokichi and Shinji.
Male (White): Ouma Kokichi and Shiba Shinji...both were recently apprehended by the CSD.
Male (Brown): Those members were confirmed to be members of Apocalypse, is that correct?
Male (Red): That's what the report says.
Male (White): And from the information that was gathered, looks like they were just scapegoats in order for Apocalypse to get to the Calamity Weapon. It seems that the recent reports just 5 days after the incident were spot on.
Female (Red): Heh! Just goes to show that we should be out there. The CSD couldn't even figure out that they were being bamboozled until it was too late!
Male (Red): All the more reasons why we should be out there. We can't let these people fail over and over again. They're allowing the enemy to succeed in their ultimate goal.
Male (Brown): What now then?
Male (White): It really can't be helped huh? Still, we are under strict orders. We cannot make a move until Tsuruoka, or the captain gives us the word.
Female (Red): And once again, I have to sit here and do nothing while everyone gets to enjoy the bloodshed. Seriously, the vice-captain is about to snap at this point and I'm about to snap too!
Male (White): Vent your frustrations once we're finally on the battlefield.
Just then, they noticed the automatic door open as a person begins to enter the meeting room.
It's Tsuruoka.
Male (White): What a surprise.
Male (Red): What are you doing here?
