Chapter Twenty Six

                 Abhimanyu's Pov
I'm going to tell everything to Ritu. I can’t let go of Alia. I just got the happiness I've been wanting since long and now when it's here there is no way I'm letting it go.

I was preparing myself looking in the mirror when I heard my phone ring.

"Yes, princess already missing me?"
"It's not Alia it's me." Sitara said from the other side.
"Is everything okay Sitara?" I asked worried.
"Alia is going to have her first chemo treatment today. The doctor's words are scaring me. The worst thing is I have a very important meeting today and Alia isn't letting me take a leave. It would be better if you come here and stay at the hospital. Can you arrange it?"
"Of course I can. I'm coming right away." I typed a quick text informing the authorities about my sudden leave and rushed to the hospital.

                         Ritu's Pov
Abhimanyu rushed to his car. He looked worried. I don't what's it about? Because he makes sure that he informs me before leaving.

I can only think of one reason for this.

I called Ansh.

"Ansh, I'm sorry to disturb you. I'll make this quick. Is Alia having a treatment today?"
"Wait, let me check." After a brief pause he said,
"Oh yes, actually her case is complicated so the chemo today is the talk of the hospital."
"Oh ok thanks." I said and ended the call.

That explains why Abhimanyu rushed to her. I don't wish bad for her. But I do really hate the way Abhimanyu cares for her. Years of living with him and he yet has his eyes for him.

Why? All I ever wanted was Abhimanyu's love.

The irony is I got everything including the privilege of being his wife but never got his love.

                      Abhimanyu's Pov
As soon as I went near Alia's room I saw Sitara waiting at the door.

"Thank God, you were able to come." She said.
"I can always come for her."
"You don't know just how much I appreciate that. Well I know Alia she pretends to be strong but she really is scared. Especially now. Please look after her."
"Of course don't worry I won't move an inch from her." I said and went in.

She was in the bathroom changing her clothes. She haven't seen me yet.

"Thank God you're here. Sitara can you please help me get out of this?" She said I had no option but to go help her.

I went in she yet hadn't noticed me. She was struggling with her zipper.

I touched her bare skin and ghe touch sent electrifying energy all over my body.

She felt the touch and looked at me from the mirror.

"Abhimanyu." She said turning away and pressing her back to the wall.
"What are you doing here?" She asked.
"Oh, Sitara can't stay here today right so  she told me to start. Either way I wanted to be besides you for this chemo princess. I ain't leaving you." She smiled.
"Okay, go out I'll change and come."
"You wanted help with the zipper right?"
"No, I can manage." She said.
"Are you getting shy?" I said smirking and coming near her.
"N...no." She said blushing hard.
I kept both of my hands on the wall and pinned her.

"Princess, I've seen it all you don't have to be shy." I said looking at her nervous face. I pulled her near me her nose touching mine. She was looking down.

"Look in my eyes princess." I said and she obeyed me.

"Don't be shy in front of the person who has seen it all." I was talking in a deep voice slowly pulling her zipper which she didn't realize.
"Don't be shy in front of the one who hasn't just seen it but touched it all." I said slightly pressing my lower lip to her. I opened her zipper.
"Don't be shy in front of someone who hasn't just touched but kissed..." I was biting her lower lip slightly she had closed her eyes. Before I could complete the sentence she pushed me.

"Abhimanyu." She said blushing.
"Now that's what I like more than the scared expression. Keep that blush on princess. I have pulled your zipper. Go on change."
"Go out." She commanded smiling.
"Do I have to?"
"Just go." She said pushing me out of the bathroom and I accidentally knocked Sitara down.

"Sorry, didn't meant to intrept but it was a good idea to clam her a bit." She said chuckling and I stood there a little embarrassed.

Alia was taken to the treatment. I stayed in the hospital all day along. Kept her company, let her relax in my arms and slept with her in the night letting her melt in my embrace.

The next morning the door busted open. Unexpectedly it was Ritu in front of us.

"Is this your important work Abhimanyu?" She said in rage.

I don't know why she was acting as if she was women whom I cheated on. She knew I wasn't into her. I made it pretty clear.

"Can you please explain it?" She said this time loud which woke Alia up.

"You little girl how can you sleep with my husband?" She said it made me furious. Alia was about to get off my embrace but I took her in again.

"What do you mean your husband? Ritu I'm using the 6A clause in our agreement and by that this girl right here is my girlfriend my love and you have no right to ask her why she is sleeping in my embrace." I said.

"Have you lost your mind Abhimanyu Verma? What do you think you're doing?" Ritu's brother came in the room leaving me completely in shock.

What now?
