His hand soared towards his girlfriend exposed face cheek, his knuckles clenched as he put all his force into that one punch. She cried out, flying off the chair where she sat. She fell to the wooden floors with a thud. "What the fuck Malikai!?" She yelled.
He glanced at her with contempt and stood up abruptly, hovering over a hunched body. He peered down at her, his lip curled as he stared at her. "Why you ain't tell me Evelyn gotta nigga?"
Kendra knew Malikai still loved Evelyn. She knew he was waiting for her to gravitate towards him. She knew he'd try and find Evelym anyway he could to get her back.
That was the only reason he claimed Kendra. He was just using her to get to Evelyn.
His love and attachment for Evelyn was on a whole different level, one Kendra could never reach. She hated Evelyn for it.
She always thought she was better than Evelyn. In terms of body, skin, and everything all around. Kendra was the 5'7 slim mixed girl with a pretty voice and good hair.
Evelyn was a short and thick darkskin who had kept her real hair hidden in fake hair. She just didn't understand what was so appealing about her.
She didn't work in a high end job like Kendra did. Whereas Evelyn worked as a small business nail tech based in her home, Kendra was a professional hair stylist.
"I did." She lied, feeling tears fall from her face as she felt her cheek swelling in her hand. She dropped her head dejectedly.
"No the fuck you ain't dumb bitch. I should fuckin kill yo ass right na." He spat, spit flying from his mouth as he shouted. He could feel his anger rising with every word from Kendra.
He didn't even know why he was dating Kendra. She had nothing good about her, not even her pussy was good.
"But I did! When I told you about the birthday party and who hosted it for her!" She cried out. Malikai was extremely drunk when she had told him, and he only remembered bits and pieces from that night.
"Fine bitch." He decided maybe she was telling the truth. He kicked her body aside as he left the room.
He slammed the screen door of his apartment and jogged down the creaky metal steps. Outside the complex, his homeboys hung around the stairwell.
