It didn't take long for Mr. Davenport, Leo and Harper to quickly make their way back to the Davenport mansion after receiving a text from Tasha telling them to hurry up.
When the three of them rushed inside the mansion, they saw Tasha standing in the living room, in front of the couch, with all their suitcases. Mr. Davenport instantly rushed towards his wife and hugged her.
Leo staggered in, holding his stomach. "Please don't text 'hurry home' when we're in a helicopter. I left my lunch all over the Rosenblatts' roof."
"Yeah, it was really disgusting." Harper added, rubbing her best friend's back up and down.
"So what happened? Where are the kids?" Tasha wondered.
"Douglas got to them before we did." Mr. Davenport explained.
"Your brother, again?" Tasha questioned in a exasperated tone. "Okay, you are done complaining about my mother."
"We have no idea where they are, but they're smart, they will figure out a way to escape." He reassured, glancing back at Leo, who sent him a look. He turned back to Tasha and raised two fingers. "Well, two of them will."
"I do have some good news." Tasha began with a happy smile. "The FBI finished their investigation and proved you were cyber hacked."
Mr. Davenport immediately grinned. "So, I'm getting all my money back?"
"No. All the money was stolen. You're still broke."
"But I'm getting all my stuff back, right? My boats, my cars, my planes?"
"Just the house. But the good news is that now we can all move back in together." Tasha said happily, wrapping her arm around her son. Leo, Tasha and Harper sent Mr. Davenport cheerful smiles.
"Not even like a jet-ski, or a motorcycle with one wheel?" He wondered quietly with a frown.
Tasha sighed. "So what're you gonna do about the kids?"
"Well, they're not gonna come back here because they still don't think it's safe." Leo pointed out. "I just wish there was some way we could get a message to them and let them know everything's all right."
"What about Chase's chip?" Harper wondered out loud. Everyone turned to her in confusion. "I mean, doesn't he need a software update? Maybe you could embed a cyber message or something into the update, Douglas would never notice it."
"Yes! Great thinking, Harper!" Mr. Davenport beamed. "Leo, Harper, find us a computer."
Leo nodded. "Got it."
The two teenagers was about to walk but stopped, glancing around the empty house.
"Maybe we don't got it." Harper commented.
"Is there anything I can do?" Tasha asked.
Mr. Davenport placed a hand on her shoulder. "Tasha, now is not the time for jokes."
