Ice dragon (form is picture) with a human form, like Sanguine. She wears a silver scaled jacket over a black tee and jeans. The jacket and tee have slits in the back so she can have her wings our while in human form. Shimmer is a typical punk, with a fierce loyalty hidden under it. She seems always bored, cooly independent, and hostile. Has icy white eyes.
Fun Facts:
Originally, I wanted to use the name "Shimmer" for a RainWing OC, but in the heat of the need to name her before a role play, I named her Shimmer. I planned on changing her name to Moon, but that was too similar to Moon's Claw, and now I think it fits her pretty well.
