I walked up onto the platform and signed. "NOW THE MATCH WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR!! Y/N TODOROKI V.S. SHOTO TODOROKI!!" Midnight announced.
Shoto stared at me and I could tell he was waiting for this match. He had the same cold stoic look he had in every other match so I couldn't tell what else he was thinking.
SHOTO'S POV
Y/n looked a bit nervous but still had that serious look on her face. I wasn't sure whether she was nervous about whether she'd win the match or about what I was gonna say to her in fact I couldn't tell what she was thinking at all.
I shook the feeling off and got into a fighting stance. 'I still need to win... whether if that's her goal or not...' I thought. "START!!" Midnight yelled. I immediately sent an ice attack after her and Y/n didn't move an inch from her spot.
When the ice hit the spot where she was standing My eyes widened a bit when I didn't see her anymore. 'What?' I thought. I immediately turned around to see Y/n about to attack me.
I quickly sent a wave of ice at Y/n and it created a huge iceberg covering nearly half the stadium. "AGAIN!?!" Present mic yelled. I stared at the iceberg that completely entrapped Y/n.
I couldn't even see her anymore through the ice. 'Crap... I didn't even see her... how did she do that....?' I thought. Everyone in the stadium stared at the iceberg wondering the same thing I was.
'There's no way she'd escape something like this.... In fact this would kill someone... did I just kill my sister!?' I thought. Just as Midnight was about to say something there was a rumbling sound.
My eyes widened when the iceberg suddenly shattered as flames erupted from it. "WOAH!! IT LOOKS LIKE Y/N'S ABSOLUTELY NOT GOING DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT!!" Present mic yelled.
I immediately moved out of the way when a flaming sword suddenly came hurdling towards me. "What the hell!? I thought you said you wanted to talk!! Not kill me!!" Y/n yelled.
Y/n jumped at me and I sent an ice attack at her and she sent an ice attack at the same time which countered mine. "Y/n wait!" I yelled. "Were you trying to manipulate me again!? What did you think I'd let this end in one minute of the match!!" Y/n yelled while punching me.
I fell backwards and stopped myself from flying out of the ring with my ice. "No that wasn't my intention!" I yelled. I sent a wave of fire at her and she stumbled back while blocking it.
"Y/n! Before my match! I meant to apologize to you!!" I yelled. "For what exactly!? Cause there's a lot of things that you should apologize for!!" She yelled while sending an ice attack at me.
I moved out of the way in time. "I- all these years I just.... I swear I was only trying to help you! You just! I didn't want you to suffer in the same way I did so I wanted you to believe you would always be quirkless!! So you'd give up on your dream of being a hero!!" I yelled.
