"He's clean." Nolan announces as he pats down a suspect.

"See? Just out for a stroll." D'Andre defends.

"A stroll?" Nolan asks, unconvinced.

"It is sad the way you guys are harassing an innocent man." D'Andre sighs.

"Officer Nolan, what do you know about the Crack Almanac?" Brooke asks.

"Is it available on Kindle?" Nolan questions.

"It's four principles: look out, cook out, cash out, stash out" Brooke explains.

"Cook out - cook cocaine into crack." Nolan starts.

"Look out." Brooke prompts.

"For the cops." Nolan realizes and turns to D'Andre. "You really could stand to work on that one."

"stash out, you want to stash it somewhere nearby so that if the cops do catch you, you're clean" Brooke says, glancing at the full dumpster next to him.

"So, you want me to - ?" Nolan starts.

"I would, but I really don't want to" Brooke says, honestly, giving him an apologetic look.

Brooke watches with a sheepish expression as Nolan rummages through the dumpster.

"Of course. Oh, God. Oh! That stinks! See, I don't even -" Nolan is saying and holds up a piece of spoiled meat.

"sorry" Brooke apologizes, scrunching her face up.

"Okay. You know what? Maybe D'Andre really is just out for a stroll." Nolan answers.

"could be, but there's still one principle left, cash out. A hustler only wants to be seen on his corner doing business, which means that if D'Andre is here, his money should be too." Brooke continues.

Brooke tries to bend down to reach into the drain pipe but she can't for the life of her do it.

"I got it" Nolan rushes over and pulls out a package from the drain pipe.

He also finds some remote controller and when Nolan opens the package, he finds a roll of money.

"That's not mine." D'Andre blurts out.

"really? it looks to be a couple thousand" Brooke says.

"Can I see that remote? I got Henry this same model for Christmas." Nolan requests.

Nolan starts messing with the remote and a drone appears over the alley. Nolan pushes a button and a package of white powder falls from it to the ground, landing at Nolan's feet.

"Cash out and stash out." Nolan realizes.

"Okay, turn around, put your hands behind your back" Brooke instructs while Nolan keeps messing with the drone.

"Left, left, pull up, pull up, pull up -" Nolan is saying before there's a sound of a crash and a cat screeching.

"Sorry!"

[Time Skip]

When Brooke and Nolan finish off their shift, Brooke is very ready to go home.

The past three months have slipped by so fast and Brooke is very much showing.

People have asked about who the father is, but Brooke has been keeping it close to vest as much as possible.

She's also huge, having twins means she looks like she's about to burst.

Walking is no fun.

Sleeping is no fun.

Sitting is no fun.
