Jungkook took a step back and shook his head, expressing his disbelief. "I don't believe that."

"Well, you've always had a wild imagination, so this doesn't come as a surprise." As soon as Jin blurted out those words, he immediately regretted it. He wished he had just stayed quiet, but he couldn't help himself at that moment.

Jungkook laughed, "I understand why you might be unsure about giving it a shot, but let's be honest, it wouldn't work out anyway. It totally makes sense why you were single and available."

"Yeah, and unfortunately, that's not the case at the moment, but oh well, what can you do? Well, I suppose we can't have everything, can we?"

"So, who are you into if you're not into me? Namjoon?"

"It may come as a surprise, Jungkook, but I don't have feelings for anyone and don't care to."

"So, you're saying you don't have any romantic interest in Namjoon?" Jungkook inquired as he approached Jin.

"No. I was just trying to get him to marry my brother and bring him here, but Hoseok fucked up his life, so there's no point in wasting my time on that."

Jungkook's eyebrows furrowed, "That's what you were trying to do? If that was the case, why did you make me think you were interested in him?"

"I was actually interested in him, but not in the way you assumed. I can't be blamed for your personal assumptions."

Jungkook looked at Jin as though he knew he was lying to him. "Then why did you kiss him?"

"I didn't. He kissed me. It seems your informant omitted that particular piece of information from your briefing. Perhaps you need to consider hiring a more capable informant if you plan to continue stalking my every movement." Jin snapped as he rolled his eyes.

"You kissed him back. I saw the pictures!"

"I mean, he is a good kisser...or maybe he's not," Jin remarked, noticing the expression on Jungkook's face.

Jungkook sighed frustratedly, "I can't let you see or talk to Namjoon anymore. Whatever you had with him is done! If I ever see you around him again, the outcome won't be in your favor. Moreover, you are not allowed to see or talk to any guy! Until you have feelings for me, you are not allowed to go anywhere!"

Jin couldn't be bothered with any of the nonsense coming out of Jungkook's mouth, rolling his eyes in dismay as he asked, "Do you have feelings for me, Jungkook?"

"Didn't you hear me? I already said that I don't dislike you. You are crazy as fuck and annoying as hell, but somehow, you manage to be worth the frustration and stress you cause."

"Interesting. But I thought you said love wasn't allowed in this relationship." Jin gave a sly grin after he said that.

Jungkook scoffed, "I never said I love you, so don't misunderstand."

Jin smiled and confidently closed the distance between him and Jungkook. "It won't be long before you do, though. I must hand it to you, though. I never expected you to actually confess that you're into me."

"Well, that's because I am very confident in my wants and never shy about voicing them," Jungkook said, with an arm slithering around Jin's waist. "I want our marriage to be serious; I've been clear about that. I don't know if it will work because of how you are, but I am telling you to try and let's make it work. It's benefiting you either way, so just fucking try, okay! It's really not that hard, Seokjin."

"Oh, really? You're telling me? Not asking?" Jin arched an eyebrow and asked. "You and your inflated sense of self-importance are unlike any man I have ever encountered."
