Chapter Twenty Eight

We dropped Romeo off to Laxus-nii's mansion and proceeded to go to Erza's place.

The house was humongous and it came out extremely strong.

The mansion looked almost identical to the White House.

Natsu took his phone out and called Erza letting her know we're here.

The gate automatically opened and we stride inside, only to be greeted by Erza in a beastly tackled hug.

"Come! Let's go to the music room!" She exclaimed sounding really excited.

Natsu held my hand as Erza walked us to the music room.

The music room or it's more like a studio.

I went to sit on the piano as we wait for Levy-chan and Gajeel.

Gray was sitting by the drums area silently.

I felt a small tension between Natsu and Gray but they talk for a bit now and then.

Erza walked out for a bit to get some cakes for us.

I was playing the piano keys one at a time softly, when Natsu decided to sit beside me.

"Can you play for me?" he asked and I shook my head 'no'.

"Please?" he pouted.

"Nope." I simply responded.

"Why not?" he asked moping.

"Don't wanna." I answered.

He poked my cheeks.

Over and over again.

Exactly 4 minutes and 17 seconds later...

"Ugh! Fine!" I exploded and he burst out laughing.

"Lucy, you never change!" he roared in laughter.

"Do you or do you not want me to play?" I crossed my arms, sounding pissed.

"Okay. Okay. I'll stop." He says as he instantly showed off a poker face and I sighed at his childishness.

I stroke the key and played the piano but Erza walked in then I stopped.

Her eyes shined as soon as she saw me stroke the piano key.

"Couldn't hide your talent anymore, could you?" she teased.

I groaned.

"Did you hear her sing, Gray?" Erza asked.

Gray was here!

How extremely pathetic, Lucy!

"Nope. She was just about to play the piano when you walked in." Gray reported.

"And we already heard her sing before, don't you remember?" Gray added.

"Oh you boys, do not know little Lucy at all!" she provoked them.

"I know all about it." Natsu smirked and I smacked his arm playfully.

"Did he hear?" Erza asked, sounding surprised.

"Accidentally." I commented looking infuriated at Natsu.

"Yeah... about that..." he stuttered trying to find words to compensate the damage that's been done.

"Can you play and sing for me, Lucy?" Erza asked sounding expectant.

"I-I..." I stammered.

"Lucy, remember when you left me and you joined Jellal on your little venture to the other parts of the planet? I wasn't mad about that, was I?" Erza said as she covered he face with her bangs.
