The boys made their way to the dining hall, still shaken from their first day of classes. Etiquette had been a nightmare, and now all they wanted was to eat in peace. As they approached their usual table by the windows, their mentors were already seated, chatting and laughing over dinner.

Aaron was unusually quiet, his hands still tucked firmly into his pockets. Dylan, Marcus, and Kyle exchanged glances, eager to hear more about what had happened after Beaumont had taken Aaron out of class earlier.

As they all settled into their seats, it didn't take long for Emily to notice Aaron's brooding expression.

"Alright, spill it," she said, leaning forward with a grin. "What did Beaumont do to you?"

Aaron sighed heavily, then slowly pulled his hands out of his pockets. The other boys' eyes widened in shock when they saw his nails. They weren't just painted—they were long, delicate acrylic nails, each one a soft pink, extending half an inch past his fingertips. Aaron held them up, his expression sour.

"This," he muttered. "This is what Beaumont did to me."

Dylan blinked in disbelief. "No way."

Marcus let out a low whistle. "Dude, those are... intense."

Kyle couldn't help but snicker. "I mean, they look... kinda nice?"

Aaron shot him a glare. "Nice? You try doing anything with these," he snapped, wiggling his fingers for emphasis. "I can't even button my shirt or hold a fork properly. It's impossible."

The mentors erupted into laughter, clearly entertained by the spectacle. Emily was the first to speak. "You're lucky, Aaron. I'd kill for a set like those. They're so well done!"

"Most girls here would love to get that punishment," Sophie added with a smirk. "Seriously, the shape, the length—it's perfect. Headmistress Beaumont really has an eye for detail."

Aaron groaned, slumping back in his chair. "Yeah, well, you try living with them. I can't even use my phone."

Dylan leaned closer, still staring at Aaron's nails. "How are you supposed to do anything with those?"

"I'm not," Aaron muttered darkly. "That's the point."

The laughter finally began to die down as everyone realized how frustrated Aaron really was. Marcus, still smirking but slightly more serious, asked, "Okay, but that can't be the only punishment, right? Just the nails?"

Aaron scowled. "No. It's not."

The table fell silent as Aaron paused, clearly dreading the next part of his story. After a long moment, he sighed and continued.

"You know how we're supposed to pick extracurriculars for Wednesday and Saturday nights, right?"

The other boys nodded, unsure of what he was getting at.

"Well, because I was late this morning, Beaumont picked mine for me." Aaron looked down at the table, his face flushing with embarrassment. "She put me in ballet."

For a moment, the boys were too stunned to respond. Then, Kyle let out a loud, incredulous laugh. "Ballet? You're kidding!"

Aaron glared at him. "Do I look like I'm joking?"

Dylan couldn't help but smirk. "You? A ballerina? Man, I wish I could see that."

Marcus shook his head, still chuckling. "That's rough, man. But also... kinda hilarious."

Even Dylan couldn't suppress his laughter at the thought of Aaron, tough and rebellious, twirling around in a ballet class. The mental image was just too absurd.

Aaron's frustration only grew as the boys continued to laugh. "Yeah, yeah, laugh it up. But trust me, it's going to be hell."

Sophie, still grinning, teased him further. "Oh, sweet Alana, you'll look so graceful! Ballet might actually help with your posture. Miss Abbot would be so proud."

Aaron groaned, slouching in his chair. "I swear, if I hear the word 'posture' one more time..."

The mentors shared a conspiratorial smile. Emily, looking far too amused, leaned in. "Well, boys, now that Aaron's told you his fate, it's time to start thinking about your own extracurriculars. There are a few options left."

The boys perked up at that, but the mentors' mischievous expressions made them uneasy.

Sophie pretended to think for a moment. "Let's see... there's knitting, yoga, and gardening club."

Kyle wrinkled his nose. "Gardening? Knitting? That's what's left?"

Marcus groaned. "This is a joke, right? Those can't be the only options."

Emily's grin widened as she teased, "Well, you could all join the synchronized swimming team. I heard they're still looking for more teammates. You'd look so cute in the uniform."

The boys exchanged horrified glances, trying to gauge if the mentors were serious.

Kyle's face twisted in disbelief. "Synchronized swimming? You can't be serious."

"I'm very serious," Emily said, trying to keep a straight face. "Imagine it—matching swimsuits, the graceful movements, the coordination. You'd be the stars of the team."

Kyle's head dropped into his hands. "Please tell me there's something else."

The mentors couldn't hold back their laughter any longer, but Sophie finally relented. "Alright, we're just messing with you. There are other options too—like we're doing field hockey, gymnastics, swimming, and math club. But Headmistress Beaumont might have a different list for you guys."

"Wait, you get to do things like field hockey?" Dylan asked, a little annoyed.

Sophie smiled sweetly. "We didn't say the extracurriculars would be the same for you as they are for us."

Kyle threw up his hands. "Great. So we're stuck with knitting and synchronized swimming?"

"Or ballet," Emily teased again, winking at Aaron.

Dylan leaned back in his chair, groaning. "I have no idea what I'm going to pick."

The boys sat in silence for a moment, thinking over their options, though none of them seemed too appealing. Aaron, meanwhile, kept his head down, his pink nails clicking as he tapped the table in frustration.

Dinner continued with the usual banter, but the looming decision of extracurriculars hung over the boys like a cloud. The mentors, still amused, shared knowing smiles. They knew the boys had no idea what they were in for.
