" Have you gone mad? What were you doing? Why did you jump to get that doll? What if something had happened to you?" Ruhi said, slapping Rohit on the cheek.

The bodyguard and Rohit, who was holding his cheek, looked at Ruhi in surprise. Rohit said, "Hey, are you worried or hitting me?"

"I'm hitting you so that you remember not to do it again! Why did you do that?" Ruhi said, crying with anger. Rohit replied, "Because this doll is a token of you. I will never let it be away from me. It has been with me for so many years, so how could I let it go away today? It will stay with me for life."

"Why is it so important to you? It's just a toy, isn't it?" Ruhi asked softly, looking into his eyes. Rohit cupped Ruhi's face in his hands and brought her face close to his, saying, "It's not just a doll; it's a reminder of you when you aren't around. I've shared with it all the things I wanted to say to you. And now I'll say what I haven't even told it - I love you, Ruhi. I've loved you since childhood, I love you today, and I will always love you."

"And what if I don't accept your love? If I reject your love, what will you do?" Ruhi asked, still looking into his eyes.

Hearing her question, Rohit was silent for a moment. His silence bothered Ruhi, but then breaking his silence, Rohit said, "I know, Ruhi, you won't reject my love, because you love me more than I love you. But if your anger overpowers you and you reject my love, I will do the same as I did for this doll. I'll go to any lengths to make you believe in my love. I'll go to any lengths to win your love."

"If you pull such a stunt again, this time it was just a slap, next time I'll kill you!" Ruhi said, crying in anger. Rohit burst out laughing. After a moment of looking into Ruhi's eyes, Rohit placed his trembling lips, wet from tears, on Ruhi's lips, calming her down. Seeing this, the bodyguard lowered his head and left.

Ruhi was startled at first, but then she closed her eyes. Rohit's hands were caressing Ruhi's cheeks, and Ruhi was running her fingers through Rohit's wet hair. After a while, they pulled away from each other and began breathing heavily, looking at one another.

Rohit rested his forehead against hers and, while taking deep breaths, looked at Ruhi's face, which was breathing deeply with her eyes closed. Rohit softly said, "I've said it, now you say it."

"Say what?" Ruhi asked, still with her eyes closed. Rohit brought her face closer and said, "Say what I want to hear. Tell me that you are still the same Ruhi who belonged only to Rohit. Tell me that you still want to marry me. Tell me that you love me, only me." There was a desperation in Rohit's voice.

Ruhi opened her eyes and looked into his, which were eagerly waiting for her answer. Ruhi placed her hand on Rohit's cheek and said, "Yes, I am still the same Ruhi, your childhood Ruhi. And , I want to marry you , spend my entire life with you, and bother you for the rest of my life. Yes, I still love you, love you very, very much." Tears welled up in her eyes again, which Rohit kissed away from her eyes, and then kissed her damp eyelids. Ruhi hugged him tightly. Today, they both found each other's love.
