 "Just hurry, stupid." Nori groaned, unpinning N from the wall as he caught the cross and syringe.

"O-Of course! (Y/N) and Uzi are gonna freak out when I tell them—"

"Tell them that we're alive, and you die." Yuna deadpanned, using her now midnight-blue solver to pin N to the ceiling with the pickaxe. She crawled onto the ceiling and peeked out, poking N with one of her claws.

"Sorry, ma'am. But I won't keep secrets from (Y/N) or Uzi anymore... Especially (Y/N). Even if you say it might hurt them."

Yuna unpinned him from the ceiling, sending him flying down with a scream.

"Nuance alert, ma'am. Me and my sister here were basically the reason behind every horror in their lives. Destroyed the planet, got you things sicced here—"

"Gave them both ungodly eldritch genetics— Blagh!"

"No time. Promise."

Nori pushed N into the ground, causing the floor to crack. His speech was muffled as Yuna gave her sister a side eye, before removing the cross from his face, letting it rest on his chest instead.

"I promise... To wait until you're ready to tell them yourselves?"

"Ughh. Bite me."

"T-Tessa, W-We didn't— Sh— She just—"

Uzi stammered out, gesturing to Doll's corpse as you both stepped back slowly, noticing Tessa unsheathe her sword and pull out a knife.

"Wait!" Uzi exclaimed, her eyes beginning to glitch as you turned to her in fear. Claws and a singular wing grew out of her back, causing her movement to be restrained.

"Something else did this to Doll, Tessa— You have to believe—!" You explained, standing protectively in front of Uzi only to be tossed to the side by the human.

"No worries, makes my job easier."

You watched as Uzi froze up when her solver had no effect on Tessa. You didn't think, and just as Tessa was about to lay a finger on Uzi, you attacked.

You spread your wings and kicked her helmet, yet barely missed as she stepped back. She used her knife to pin Uzi to the wall, before sending you to the ground with a harsh kick.

"Thought there'd be more of you solver freaks anyway."

Tessa dragged her sword across your wing, making you let out grunts of pain as she cut Uzi's hand off, preventing the drone from saving you.

You tried to use your own solver, yet Tessa stepped on your wrist, pressing down on it with force. She used her sword and pressed it to the location of your core, beginning to crack your chest as you tried to stop her with your free hand.

Just as Tessa was about to finish the job, a familiar voice beat her to it.

"You knew about the patch, yes or no? One chance."

A blade was pressed up to Tessa's neck as N spoke, holding the patch in his other hand. One of his eyes was normal while the other was an X.

"Cute. You know why I keep you around, N—"

N sliced Tessa's head clean off, making her stumble around before falling to the ground, her helmet rolling away as her hat fell off.

Blood dripped from N's blade as you coughed out a mixture of blood and oil, tearing out the sword from your chest as you turned to see N, panting as he leaned on one of his blades, deep in regret.
