In the Student Council room, Ryuuen sat on the chair designated to his "boss" like it was his own seat. If this were an actual Student Council meeting, Ryuuen would have been ridiculed for this little action.
"Ryuuen-kun. Should you be sitting there when Kiyotaka-kun and Ichinose-san aren't here? Isn't Kiyotaka-kun coming here after you called him too?" As evident from Shiina calling to him. She was a student council member too, after all.
However, truth be told, the Disciplinary Committee was in a confusing situation. As they had only just been formed last week, preparations for the team were still going. While they had a team under him and Sakayanagi, they didn't really have anywhere to report and work other than the Student Council room.
"There's not really anywhere else I can sit, Shiina. We don't have a room to work with, and I'd rather not take the other seats. I'm a Commissioner after all, and a Commissioner takes the top seat like the Student Council President."
According to Ichinose, she was working on getting a room secured for the Disciplinary Committee to use, and it would be one directly next to the Student Council office so they could collaborate together. But that was still going to take a bit of time as she needed to discuss with the Principal and other teachers.
"Besides, I kind of want to see how Ayanokouji reacts if he does end up coming here. Also, doesn't this make me look like the final boss? I should be the final boss against him anyway!" He laughed at his own joke.
"Tch. Way to look like the king of a castle you don't own," Ibuki spat as she glared at her boss.
Ryuuen and Shiina were not the only ones in the room. Just as Kiyotaka had seen Hashimoto and Kamuro in Sakayanagi's own Disciplinary Committee team, Ryuuen had also recruited Ishizaki, Albert and Ibuki who were all present. As shown by the two class leaders recruiting their members, lackeys follow their leader's orders and path, both figuratively and literally.
He found the answer to his own question as the door to the Student Council opened. Unsurprisingly, the person who came through it was the person they were all expecting—Ayanokouji Kiyotaka.
"What do you want, Ryuuen?" He asked as soon as he closed the door behind him.
"Heh! So Sakayanagi did find you and spit the beans?"
"..."Spill the beans" is the correct term, is it not?"
"You know what I meant! Don't act like a smartass now!"
Despite saying to himself earlier on that he would not go to the Student Council today, Kiyotaka found himself back in this room again. Both him and Ryuuen knew there was no meeting today, every member knowing it would be on Friday. Yet, here he was again because Ryuuen had called him.
