Staring at the gate, you glanced over to Lloyd. "This is it? The place from your vision?" You asked hesitantly.

He squeezed your hand, nodding. His gaze was trained on the doors, lips parted ever so slightly. "Yeah. We just have to get in-"

A roar screeched overhead, wings picking up dust from around you. A dragon landed heavily, an orb of energy growing in its jaw. Shit.

"You're telling me we had creepy visions, had me jump headfirst into nothing, and now we still have a dragon?!" Kai shouted, dodging the blast.

You sprinted off to the side almost tripping over a boulder. Tugging Sora behind you, you flinched, letting go of her quickly. Quickly activating your Spinjitzu, you rammed the side of the dragon, causing it's blast to miss Riyu and WyldFyre (who at this point, was riding on Riyu's back).

"Get to the gate!" You shouted at Lloyd, readying your weapon. Making platforms, you leapt above the dragon, aiming for its neck.

Before you could draw blood, the dragon swiped you away like a cat batting a mouse. It turned towards Lloyd and Arin

Rolling to the floor, you took a breath, pushing back up. "Dragon! Don't tell me you're backing down already?!" You taunted it, holding your sword out to it.

The dragon turned back to you for a moment, giving Kai the opening he needed to shove his shoulder into the dragon's face.

The dragon screeched, spinning to bash Kai with its tail. He flew to the ground, but quickly got back up.

You glanced over, seeing Lloyd picking up the strange rocks?? "What are you doing?!" You shouted, jumping over the dragon's tail.

Sora ran over to you, panting. "There's a bucket- by the door. The rocks are heavy enough to open the gate. We just- gosh I'm out of breath- just need to get enough in."

Flicking your gaze up, you looked to the bucket, watching it lower as WyldFyre and Riyu dunked a boulder in. The doors opened wider.

"I got this one!" Arin shouted, picking up a boulder. He heaved it up, not having the added physical effects of elemental powers. He leaned to the side, standing up against the dragon. "Am I going this way? Or this way?" He questioned, running towards the dragon after a moment. "Neither! Secret third opti- aw." The dragon picked him up between two claws, throwing him off to the side.

Nya slid under the dragon, scooping the boulder into her arms. "I got this Arin!" She shouted, running to the bucket. Kai crouched down, creating a platform with his hands.

She ran up to him, jumping into his hand. He boosted her up, and she dropped the ball into the basket, lowering it to about the height of two Riyus.

The doors opened fully, providing a way in. "Come on!" You shouted, pulling Arin to his feet. Running towards the gate, you could feel yourself relaxing, and the grey dragon had stopped fighting. Nearing the entrance, you sped up, ready to enter.

Until a lanky, purple dragon walked through those very same doors.

Freezing, you slid to a stop, staring at the dragon. Fuck. Okay.

"Okay... Uhm.. two dragons. Nothing we can't handle!" Kai announced, crouching back into a fighting stance. You nodded, holding your sword at the ready.

But.. then the new dragon sat down. Calmly at that. It bowed its head, eyes studying everyone carefully.

You parted your lips, confused. ...What was happening..?

Based on everyone else's reactions, they were just as confused.

The purple dragon smiled in a sense, lifting her tail up. "Congratulations sport! You passed all three tests. Up high!" The purple dragon... Said..? Lifting her tail up.
