"-So... that's how it came to be." Mao laughs with nervousness as he faces the rest of Trickstar, explaining to the trio why and how exactly he has... cat features. Some ears and a tail with the urges to either commit chaos or find a box and sleep in it all day - he wasn't sure which one yet.

"I'm not even surprised with the outcome," Hokuto replies, "I'm just disappointed in your lack of attention to your surroundings lately."

"Well..." Mao wasn't sure how to explain his situation as he looked away from the leader of Trickstar.

"Who cares what happened - just look how adorable you are! Well, even more adorable than you already were!" Subaru Akehoshi squealed as he leapt forward, reaching one hand out to touch the fluffy ears above Mao's head.

Although, he stops mid-motion with the feeling of shock taking over his figure with the reaction he gets from Mao.

When seeing Subaru's hand coming near, a noise of a sharp hiss leaves between Mao's lips as he ducked backwards and hid himself against Natsume - who was with Mao at the time to show proof of Mao's accidental outcome - his hands dug into Natsume's shirt, latching tightly onto the redhead.

"Wh... Sally?!"

Natsume chuckles amusingly. "Looks like your little magician doesn't want you right now." He turns his figure to the side. A teasing smile reached his features as he then attempted to pet Mao close to the ears, and by Trickstar's further surprise, Mao let him do so.

Mao's figure deflates."I don't even know what I did, but..." his expression further softens as his words trail to a hush unfinished, eyes closing as he leaned possibly further into Natsume's touch, wanting more as a little purr reaches from his throat, distracted from the world.

Natsume smiled at Mao for a second longer, then turned back to the rest of Trickstar. "Don't worry, I'll take care of him today~"

All he got in response from the rest of Trickstar was a collective of huffing in jealousy.
