Madara Mikejima and Mao Isara rarely ever came across each other during any time on the campus grounds of Yumenosaki and Ensemble Square. There were a few instances where they both said hello to each other in the corridors of the main buildings, but... that was all.

No interaction ever happened, except for lately, and it made Mao question 'why'. Why was Mikejima suddenly showing up everywhere the younger one went? What was with the clinginess all of a sudden?

Don't get him wrong. He likes hanging out with the taller one recently. Madara had a great aura around him that Mao could easily melt himself into. He loves getting to know about the other - about Madara's past, being a singular idol, anything that could form more than two sentences in between them both.

Mao can be blunt and oblivious most of the time, but he wasn't dumb. He's noticed the overprotective actions the brunette also takes with him. Whether Mao gets hurt or even threatened in any form, Madara is there to stop those moments always somehow.

If Mao was the last of the student council left in the office after a day of hard work, Madara would let himself into the office room and help the younger - even though he shouldn't be, Mao has tried telling him many times before about sneaking back onto school grounds so many times.

Madara Mikejima has even taken Mao to the dormitory by carrying the over exhausted beaujolais-haired boy on his back whenever he slept during the office or finding the said younger collapsing in one of the many corridors.

Every now and then too, when Mao was practicing with Trickstar or a shuffle unit, Madara would let himself into the practice room - or wherever he may be doing his unit work - just to cheer Mao on, which made him feel embarrassed every now and then... whoever Mao would be with at that moment would even tease him about the tallers' actions.

He questioned Madara Mikejima for a lot of his actions, but in the end... he didn't mind it. The attention made him feel wanted. He felt as though with Madara's encouragement, he could shine as bright as the rest of Trickstar. Maybe even brighter.
