After last night's revelations, Connor refused to follow Lucifer to his house, but he didn't invite him to his own either. Of course, no one blamed him. Not even Lucifer himself, who had already gone to his office at the precinct to take care of all his pending business so he could take the time off he needed to help his son on his mission to find his stolen Angelic Grace. So, Connor followed the others as they decided to return to their own home.
~ PENTHOUSE ~
Connor, Luna and Alice, the mortals of the group, have fallen asleep on the sofas while the others, the Celestials, sit in front of the fireplace talking quietly. At some point, Nicolae's cell phone starts ringing with the tone he has chosen for emergency calls from the clinic, and he runs to pick it up.

Nicolae:What's wrong, David? Abdominal pain that extends to the shoulder? Probably the spleen. Did you do a CT scan on her? Yes, give me a minute!
He runs off and switches on the large computer screen on the desk in the corner of the living room, on which the digital plates of the patient's CT scan are displayed. He quickly recognises the problem and turns back to the phone call.
Nicolae: I was right. Her spleen is damaged and the bleeding is massive. She needs an emergency splenectomy. Prep her. I'll be there asap. ... What? Schizophrenia? What's she on? ... Nothing at all? How is that possible? ... Her parents? ... Marks? What kind of marks? ... For fuck's sake! ... Listen carefully, David! Have the parents wait in a room and tell security to keep an eye on them. ... No! Don't call the police yet. I'll do that when I've spoken to her after the operation. ... Okay, I'm coming!
He hangs up the phone and looks at the others, who look at him in amazement.
Damon: What happened, dude?
Nicolae: A woman came to the ER with schizophrenia and a damaged spleen. The assistant doctor told me that she has marks on her wrists and ankles, and much more besides.
Elena gasps for breath.
Elena: Her parents?
Nicolae: Most probably. David said that they're two of those religious people who don't accept science.
Elena: And they try to cure their daughter in other ways. For the sake of the Goddess!
JJ, who's been silent for so long, stands up and starts to get ready. Nicolae looks at him in surprise.
Nicolae: Where do you think you're going, boy?
