Carlos sat in the living room of his old home with the other Santos. Cesar stood in front of them. 19th street had robbed him earlier that morning. He didn't care for anything going on.
"Saint, whatchu think we should do?" Joker asked.
"Huh?" He looked up from his phone seeing everyone staring at him, waiting on an answer.
"19th street ended the truce." Cesar repeated.
"Up the fye on them, I'on know." Carlos suggested with a shrug. "Get the territories back and shit."
"Exactly!" Joker exclaimed.
"Ok, secure my bag first. Then we'll worry about the territories." Cesar said.
"To hell with your money." Joker grumbled.
"What?"
Joker put his beer down and walked up to Cesar. "Why should I care about your money? When you didn't give a shit about mine." Carlos slipped his phone in his pocket, watching the interaction carefully. "No? You didn't keep me in the dark about Cuchillos being dead?"
"Shit's been getting thick and he needed to know the truth. So do you Lil Spooky." Sad Eyez said. Carlos stood up as well, just in case. "Joker's taking over your current territories. You'll answer to him now."
"Damnnn." Carlos mumbled. He actually saw this as a good thing. Cesar needed to leave this gang shit alone and actually focus on his future. "Aye, I'on gotta answer to this fool though, right?"
Sad Eyez glanced over at him. "Nah."
"See Lil Spooky, you're too soft. Saint's not. When things were chill you could handle it, but wartime needs leaders. That ain't you." Joker said.
Cesar scoffed. "That ain't me? That ain't me?" He pushed Joker. Carlos and Sad Eyez quickly got between them. Carlos pushed Cesar into the kitchen.
"Cálmate. You know I got your back and if I gotta knock that fool out I will but I'm not in the mood for all that today." He told his brother.
Sad Eyez followed them in the kitchen. "Look, there's only so much advice I can give you that you don't take. I love you, compa, but Joker and Saint are right. It's time we handle this shit like men."
"Never said that." Carlos mumbled before thinking about it. "Shit... maybe I did."
Everyone walked out leaving the two brothers. "Can you believe this shit!" Cesar exclaimed in frustration.
