Chapter - 11

"Manik..!! What are you doing..!!" Nandini
said and pull her hands from his soft
grip. Although she was loving it but no..!! She can't
do this..!!
"Nandini..!! I want to tell you something?"
Manik said sliding a little more close to her.
"Oh God I was right..!! No Manik please..!!"
Nandini thought.
"Manik..!! I am getting late..!! I have to
go..!!" Nandini said and got up. Manik
immediately got up and held her hand.
"Nandini..!! It's important..!!" Manik said
lovingly.
"Manik please..!! Hum phir kabhi baat kar
lain gay na..!!" Nandini pleaded. She knew if
Manik will say "that" it will be very difficult
for her to walk away.
"No Nandini..!! I want to tell you that I..!!"
Manik was about to say it but Nandini
interrupted him.
"Manik..!! Bye..!!" Nandini freed her hand
and started running when Manik's words
make her froze on her place.
"I love you Nandini..!!" Manik shouted and
Nandini felt dizzy. This was the least thing
she wanted to happen. Manik walked
towards her and held her hands again.
"Manik..!!" Nandini was speechless.
"Yes Nandini..!! I do love you..!! And I know
you love me too..!!" Manik said lovingly. And
Nandini closed her eyes. "You have to do this
Nandini..!! You have to push him away..!!" She
composed herself. Suddenly she jerked
Manik's hands away.
"Have you gone nuts Manik Malhotra?"
Nandini shouted and Manik was taken aback
a little.
"Why would I love you?" She said
mockingly.
"Come on Nandini..!! You love me..!! Stop
joking ok I am serious..!!" Manik said almost
pleadingly.
"I am too serious Manik..!! I DON'T LOVE
YOU..!!" Nandini said and turned her face to
hide her emotions. Manik shook his head in
disbelief.
"No..!! You are lieing..!! You are a liar..!!"
Manik shouted. "This can't be wrong no..!! I
know you love me..!! Please say it that it's a
joke..!!" Manik pleaded and held her arms.
Nandini turned her face to control her
tears.
"It's true..!!" She said in a low voice.
"Liar..!!" Manik shouted and Nandini closed
her eyes. "If you don't love me..!! Then say it
looking in my eyes..!!" Manik demanded and
Nandini again froze on her place. She can't
look in Manik's eyes he can read her easily.
"Stop it Manik..!! Leave me..!!" Nandini
shouted.
"I won't..!! Until you accept it that you love
me..!!" Manik too shouted.
"I don't love you Manik..!! I..!! I..!! Love
someone else..!!" And the biggest lie to Nandini's
life . "I am sorry Manik..!!" Her heart shouted.
Hearing this Manik's grip loosened. He felt
unreal.
"You..!! You love..!! You love someone
else..!!"Manik talked to himself. And Nandini
tried her best not to cry.
"Yes..!! I love someone else..!!" Nandini said.
"I am going now..!! Bye..!!"Saying that she
started running. Tears started rolling down
her cheeks. In her way to out everyone tried
to stop her but she didn't stopped and kept
running. Suddenly it started raining. She
was running aimlessly on the roads.
"I am sorry Manik..!!" She was constantly
shouting that. She don't know how she
reached her apartment. She fell on her bed
and started crying.

"What happened to Nandini..!!"Nayonika
said worriedly.
"Where is Manik?" All shouted in unison.

As soon as Nandini left. Manik fell on his
knees it started raining.
"I love someone else..!" Nandini's voice echoed in his
ears.
"No...!!" He yelled. "If she loved someone
else then what was that which I saw in her
eyes..!!" Manik shouted. Meanwhile
Nayonika and others came there running.
They saw Manik sitting on his knees
shouting. Nayonika stopped everyone and
she herself walked towards him.
"Manik..!!"She called him lovingly and
Manik look at her with eyes blood red due to
crying.
"What happened beta? Nandini bhi rotay
huay gai..!! Tum bhi ro rahy ho..!!" Nayonika
asked worriedly.
"Mom..!! She love someone else..!! No..!! I
won't let her do this to me..!! No..!!" Manik
said determinedly and got up. "I need to talk
to her..!!" Manik said and run out.
"Manik stop..!!" Nayonika tried to stop him
but he was gone.
"Aunty main jata hoon is kay peechy..!!"
Cabir said and was about to run behind him
when Nayonika held his hand.
"Let him go..!! Jab tak wo Nandini ko mana
nahi lay ga chain say nahi bethy
ga..!!"Nayonika said in a low tone.

Manik drove his car as fast as he could and
reached Nandini's apartment with in
no time. He pressed the doorbell and
knocked the door. After sometime Nandini
opened the door and she stunned to see
Manik in front of her. She didn't changed
her clothes and she was too drenched like
Manik. Her eyes too were blood red due to
crying.
"Manik..!!" She said in a low tone. Manik
grabbed her arms after locking the door he
dragged her inside.
"I am here to hear the truth Nandini..!!"
Manik shouted. "Don't you dare lie to me..! I
want to know why are you rejecting my
proposal..!!"
"I don't wanna talk to you..!!" Saying that
she run towards her bedroom and tried to
lock the door. But Manik push the door.
"Don't you dare hide this time Nandini..!!
Face me..!! Tell me the truth..!!" Manik
yelled and came in her room.
"Get out of my house Manik Malhotra..!!"
Nandini shouted helplessly.
"Shhh..!!" Manik said and started walking
towards her. She moved backwards and
soon she was trapped between Manik and
the wall. Manik was about to say something
when his eyes fell on the poster behind
Nandini. His eyes widened with shock.
"My..!! My poster?" He asked still in shock.
And Nandini was now helpless now she
came to know that lie really don't have feet.
"None of yours business..!!" Nandini tired
for the last time to defend herself.
"Oh shut up..!! You have a poster on mine in
your room wall and still this is not my
business..!!" Manik again shouted.
"Manik..!! Please don't make it difficult for
me..!!" Nandini pleaded.
"Exactly Nandini..!! Don't make it difficult
for both of us..!!" Manik said sadly and
Nandini lowered her head. She was trapped.
Manik was a person who can't be deal with
lies. Manik cupped her cheeks and made her
look in his eyes.
"Come on Nandini we both know that we
love each other..!! Then why are you
denying me?" Manik asked looking in her
eyes and Nandini had nothing to say except
tears. Manik leaned forward and Nandini
closed her eyes. He gently placed his lips on
her and Nandini felt like thousands of
bombs explode in her mind she didn't
responded back not because she didn't want
to because she was too numb to react. Manik
kept kissing her after some time he gently
broke the kiss and saw Nandini she
was breathing heavily with eyes closed.
"Nandini..!! Open your eyes..!!" Manik said
and Nandini slowly opened her eyes and
look into Manik. She was helpless. "Nandini
am I not worthy for your love? Am I that
bad?" Manik asked painfully and Nandini
placed her palm on his lip shaking her head
in a no.
"Manik please..!! You are not bad..!! It's not
like that you are not worthy..!!" Nandini said
sadly. Manik gently removed her hand from
his mouth.
"Then what?" Manik said sadly.
"It's..!! The thing is..!!" Nandini said
hesitantly. "I am not worthy for anyone's
love Manik..!! Main tmhry pyaar kay kabil
nahi hoon Manik..!!" Nandini said sadly and
tears rolled down her cheeks.
"What do you mean?" Manik asked
confusely.
